“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”

“i actually had called before i came in and spoke to, i believe her name was Pricilla, to ensure i was able to deposit a check at a capital one cafe. she assured me i could and that the process was super easy. she also mentioned if it would be my first time, depositing a check, that an ambassador could help me. when i walked in, i was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman who introduced me to the very kind Novan. Novan was incredibly helpful , very attentive , and extremely accommodating. i am thankful i was able to be assisted by him as he was completely knowledgeable during my visit. couldn’t have asked for better customer service. allstar employee! I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”

“Highly recommend this bank and this branch. This branch of Bank of America is certainly way more different than any other banking branch I have ever been. The branch manager Jack, went above & beyond. Not even he helped me get started with BofA he also helped me get my first credit card with BofA as well. He made sure my mobile banking is up & running. Indeed he helped me use my phone at the ATM. I have been dealing with fraud situation at Wells Fargo where instead of helping me get my money back they made it harder for me to protect my identity and my Financials. So leaving them and joining BofA changed my perspective about banking.”

“I've been Banking with Boston Private Bank for over 25 years. I joined at the parent branch in Post Office Square Boston in the 90s and there are a number of bankers and employees still there so even when I walk in or call to this day they know who I am by face and name. Hard to find with the continual bank mergers occurring. No other banks I go to have had the same staff year over year. I've recently got to know some of the tellers here in Beverly Hills Branch and they are always friendly and helpful. If you want real personal service, take a step away from the big banks, try them out. Highly recommend!!!”
