5940 Laurel Canyon Blvd, North HollywoodFinding a groomer you trust with your dog is no small thing, so when we moved to the Valley last year, we were nervous about finding someone new for our mini Goldendoodle, Penny. Little did we know we’d end up finding the best groomer we’ve ever had.
Anna is truly one of a kind. Every time we gave her notes about Penny’s haircut, she executed them perfectly. Penny always came home looking adorable, but even more importantly, she genuinely loved going to see Anna. The second she saw her, she’d greet her with hugs and kisses, and as dog parents, that told us everything we needed to know. Anna is incredibly gentle, patient, and kind, and it is so obvious how much she genuinely loves the dogs she cares for.
The entire staff at Royal Pet Grooming deserves recognition as well. Every phone call was answered with a warm, friendly voice, and every visit made us feel welcomed. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about both the pets and their people.
One moment that really stood out happened just this week. Penny developed a red rash on her inner thighs, and we were debating taking her to the vet. Anna recommended a product to my husband, and after using it just once, we woke up the next morning and the rash was completely gone. During Penny’s appointment, she also avoided shaving the irritated area so it wouldn’t become any more inflamed. That level of thoughtfulness and care is something you can’t teach.
This review has honestly been long overdue, and it’s bittersweet because Penny just had her last appointment with Anna as we’re moving out of town. One of the hardest parts about this move is knowing we’re leaving behind such an incredible groomer. Hearing the team tell us they’d happily watch Penny anytime we’re back in town meant more than they probably know.
Anna, thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl over the past year. We will miss you so much. And thank you to everyone at Royal Pet Grooming for making every visit such a positive experience. You all are incredibly talented, compassionate people, and any pet would be lucky to be in your care.

We travel now to their new studio in North Hollywood, and i’m happy we can. Kai is so talented and my dog is so well cared for even my mother was beyond impressed, and brought hers to get groomed! Seusspup also does color design as well as painted nails and more! They’re the best.

He is extremely good at what he does, and never try to sell me unnecessary procedures and meds. When my cat's previous doctor gave up on him, Dr. Sharp saved his life, at a fraction of what I paid the previous vet and the emergency hospital. He has earned my trust and respect. Each week, he consistently sent us a video update explaining and demonstrating everything our puppy had been learning. It was so rewarding to see her steady progress and the new skills she was gaining each week. We especially loved seeing how in tune she became with Andy—she would attentively wait for his next command and clearly trusted his guidance.
During our carryover training sessions, Andy created an encouraging and supportive environment where we could practice giving commands and learn what to expect. He provided constructive feedback, along with immediate solutions and helpful guidance whenever we needed it. He was also incredibly down-to-earth, patient, and easy to work with.
Overall, we felt completely confident knowing our puppy was in such great hands. Andy did an amazing job, and we’re so grateful for all the care, guidance, and training he provided!

We still have a lot of work to go, but the tools and guidance we have been provided have shown day and night difference in some of the things I was struggling with. My dogs are showing more engagement and focus, and our walks have gotten so much easier. The approach is firm but still kind and fair to the dog. My dogs are middle aged, stubborn working breeds so they have some long standing bad habits that’s going to take work to unlearn. Devin has been a great help and knowledgeable source for us. 10/10 very happy with my decision to sign up for training with CaliK9

Tuna was sushi/ sashimi grade, out standing!!! Highly reccomend Nordic catch for people looking to upgrade their seafood purchase. It really makes a difference.

We ordered three plates: two 3-birria taco combo plates and one order of vampire tacos with chorizo. We tried all the sauces that came with them, along with a 24-ounce horchata.
My girls and I are usually pretty loud. We talk. We’re animated. We gush over the food.
But when we ate these tacos, we ate in silence because the food was that good. To speak would have taken us out of the moment. So we said nothing. We just sat there, lost in our own thoughts, luxuriating in tender meats, spicy red sauce, and complex flavors.
This is how you get tweens to enjoy family time: really good tacos.
And guess who told me about this place? The 12-year-old. Apparently, it’s trending. I recommend it too.

I am a wine club member for only about $50 a month and receive two bottles every month of delicious wines I can't buy at the local supermarket; and Haley, the owner, always educates us on the wines. I've earned so much. Also, as a wine club member, we get 10% off anything we purchase including two free tastings each month. It's awesome and Haley is amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and it's like visiting family every time I come here. Love this place! Such a good variety of not only wines, but beer and Sake as well. BTW it's like Cheers- where everyone knows your name when you visit! Thank you Haley for creating this safe space for us wine enthusiasts in NOHO and the surrounding areas! We appreciate you :-)

We have been going there since 2020, so for about six years now, and they have consistently been a wonderful place for grooming, boarding, supplies, advice, adoption, and support.
They have all different breeds of rabbits, and it is clear that they truly care about the animals. One of the things we appreciate most is how knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. If you are just looking for advice, they are more than willing to share their opinions and help you make the right judgment for your rabbit. Their experience and willingness to help make Bunny Love feel like more than just a shelter or store. It feels like a real rabbit community.
We regularly use Bunny Love for grooming services, and they do a great job. They trim toenails, brush out loose molting hair, and help keep the rabbits clean, comfortable, and healthy. For anyone who owns rabbits, especially during shedding season, this kind of care is extremely helpful.
They also offer boarding services if you are going on vacation and need a safe place for your rabbits to stay. I believe they even have an option where you can set up a camera so you can check in on your furry little friends while you are away, which is a great idea for peace of mind.
Another great thing about Bunny Love is that you can adopt rabbits there. It is a good place to meet different rabbits, learn more about their personalities, and understand their care needs before bringing one home.
I also highly recommend supporting Bunny Love directly whenever possible. There are other places to buy rabbit food and supplies, but when you buy elsewhere, that money does not go toward helping the shelter. I recommend buying your rabbit food, equipment, materials, toys, snacks, and any rabbit-related supplies directly from Bunny Love. They appreciate the business, and every purchase helps support the shelter and the rabbits they care for.
Support does not always have to be only cash donations. Bunny Love has a webpage that shows items they need, including supplies that can be donated through Amazon or purchased online. If you want to help, take a look at what they need and bring in some of those items. It helps tremendously and directly supports the shelter and the rabbits.
We regularly support Bunny Love through the purchases we make there, but we also like to bring in fresh carrot tops from a nearby farmers market as a treat for the rabbits. We usually bring in a good amount almost every Sunday, and it feels good knowing the rabbits enjoy them.
One very important thing to know is that your rabbit must be vaccinated before receiving services or boarding. They do not allow unvaccinated rabbits in, which makes sense because it helps protect all the rabbits in their care.
Overall, Bunny Love is a great place for rabbit owners and anyone who cares about rabbits. Whether you need grooming, nail clipping, brushing, boarding, supplies, advice, or are looking to adopt, they provide valuable services for rabbits and the people who love them. Mario was responsive and flexible throughout the application and virtual home check, and made the whole process so easy on our timeline. It’s clear the staff genuinely know and love their animals.
Both kittens came home healthy, well socialized, and clearly used to being handled. They settled in within a day and are already inseparable. We’re obsessed with them. Thank you Mario and the whole team! If you’re thinking about adopting, this is the place.
