Recently, I had a family emergency and had to board my dog last minute. They were so lovely and accommodating during a very emotional and stressful time. It gave me such peace of mind to know that he was being taken care of while I traveled. I also love getting photo updates of him playing with all of the friends he makes there.
I also use their grooming services and Courtney has been amazing. He always comes out looking fantastic and she knows exactly how to take care of him during the grooming process to make him feel more comfortable. Definitely check out the Pawground for your boarding and grooming needs.

Not only do they truly care about the animals, but they are also incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive with every service they provide. They took the time to bathe her, brush her, trim her nails, and handle everything she needed without me even having to ask.
I’m so happy I found my new groomer, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering giving them a try. You definitely won’t regret it!

12500 Riverside Drive, Valley VillageI’ve been taking my kitty to iPet Care & Holistic for a few years now. They helped me get him on the right food and with the right medicines. He’ll be 17 next month, yet his health has gotten better! So much better. Recently he experienced something detrimental and had lost a lot of weight, was moving slower, wasn’t running much, and his tail was staying down. They figured out what was going on and provided me with what we needed. Within two weeks he had gained his weight back, and within four weeks he had his energy (the Zumiez lol) back! He’s been through a really stressful time, so he was only going to get worse had they not figured out what was wrong. It took going there three times, attempting 3 tries, in one week for him (my kitty) to finally agree to take the test. They gave me what he would need to calm him for his visits, and on the third try he was able to let them run the test, and they were able to figure out what he had! They let me keep trying because I was anxious and worried. And I’m glad they did, because we were able to get everything taken care of and get everything we needed. He gave them a really hard time, but they were so patient and kind. I’m so relieved, grateful, and happy. Thank you, iPet Care & Holistic!

I messed up and paid with the wrong app (use Zelle, NOT Venmo) and the owner helped to fix it right away. He didn't have to do that. These are good guys making good food. This is their medium serving with a side of fried chicken. The chicken was dry-fried, super crispy, and really tasty.

Big Love Animal Rescue
5404 Whitsett Ave, Valley VillageI was scrambling trying to find placements for a litter a neighbor posted about on Nextdoor. The neighbor was concerned about their well being and placements. Spent my entire day off calling around texting everyone I know. My friend Gina referred me to Lisa and this rescue. She got back to me sooner than the other rescues I had left messages for. Despite her being busy and out of town she got back to me. Her partner Jennifer went out the next day to scoop them up and care for them! Thank you to both of them and Big love for taking them in. Basically the whole littler was females. It’s not a huge impact but that was a ton of potential girls that could have been used for breeding. Huge relief.
