7360 Varna Ave, Valley GlenThis is the first time I've ever paid for dog training in my life. All my other dogs I trained myself, but now I can't devote the time.
I adopted a new dog from the pound, and immediately it was clear she needed training. She was hindering my sales calls and I needed to have her taken away and trained ASAP. I searched around for someone who could take her that day.
I found Delta K9 and on a Sunday met with the owner and head trainer Mike. He assessed Kira, said they would be able to take her that day, and they would work primarily on leash work, and general commands like sit, stay, place, and heel.
I paid them $5k and they said it would take 3-4 weeks. Kira ended up needing a little longer and they had her for a total of 5.5 weeks and didn't charge me any additional money.
They sent me weekly video updates on her progress. Andy, her trainer, and I just had the first of our 3 integration trainings. You need to go spend time with them in person 3 times before you take your dog home so they can train you on what they trained them. Andy also said he would be able to meet me in my home for the 3rd and final integration session so he can introduce her to my cats. He didn't have to offer that and I am very impressed. With the quality of service I have received. We lived near each other and so I wouldn’t assume this is standard. But if you’re cool with the trainers they may for you.
The front desk women Marium and Adel have been extremely helpful whenever I have a question and are very responsive. During business hours I usually received a reply within 2 hours.
I would highly recommend you to have your dog trained here. I'm going to return in a month or so, so that they can do e-collar training.
Be aware that if paying by card there is a 4% surcharge that goes to pay for their credit card processing. I don't know if they accept checks but they do Venmo and other cash payments like that.

Edamame. I loved their garlic ponzu and eel sauce combo on top too ??
