I wish more post offices around the country had employees like Nelson. We need to have a way to tip people thru an app who go above & beyond the call of duty.”
“online it says they’re open till 4pm but that’s a huge lie. They’re only open till 3pm. I’ve asked them numerous times. Can they please change the times to reflect their actual hours online and they just look at me like I’m an alien.”
“There are a lot of negative reviews about this Post Office but it seems that its mostly based on things that the workers here can't have any control over. From my experience the staff here have been very sweet and professional despite being severely understaffed. Theres usually only one person available for shipping and packaging which does cause long wait times, but thats not the fault of the workers. I understand wait times are long but to have this post office here has been a great convenience for me. I suggest many others that need quick service when there is a long line here to go to the one close to the Arts District. If you need to just pick up mail, there is usually another person available that can get it for you. Just remember to bring Photo ID.”
