“I came here about 2 days ago and the gentleman was very nice . I rather come to this location than the post office on Lankershim by Kittridge everyone at that location is so rude especially the Indian lady . She's extremely rude . I'm not sure why she doesn't get fired she literally yells at customers . Any how I know I'll be waiting the same amount of time here in Laurel canyon but I'll get better customer service”

“I took my friend who has some difficulty due to a previous stroke. She had concerns about her mail box security at her home address and we went to inquire about a PO Box.
Sterling was so accommodating and made the process easy for her to understand as she gets confused easily and sometimes needs a little more time to process information. He explained everything including the process when ordering/receiving boxes or packages from Amz, Fedx, UPS, as they do not deliver to PO box. Very important to know.
Sterling was patient and reassuring. We both left knowing we made the right choice and Sterling had her back….he truly did.
