“I went in to look for some specific clothes for a work event and found exactly what I was looking for. They had a great promo for signing up for a credit card and getting a huge savings. While the process took a long time to apply (not the stores fault) Elaina was amazing working through the process. Working in retail I know how frustrating these processes can be, and she worked through it amazingly. I'll definitely be back to this store because of her.”

“It's an H&M. If you know it one place, feels like you know it everywhere. Always tons of clothes I want to buy, and they always have some really great clearance items if you spend the time to look. Clean store, didn't seem disorganised in any way. I was happy that no staff pestered me about help as well. 10/10 experience.”

“I was at this store today to exchange a couple of adorable outfits for larger sizes. Not only did they accommodate me with holding the one outfit I was able to exchange, because they still had it in stock, the sales lady remembered me & the item she was holding from our phone conversation the other day. She showed me the location of the sizes I needed, devoted some time to help me find an outfit or dress to exchange for the other outfit they didn't have in stock & came back after she helped other customers to see if she could further assist me.”

“It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next.I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience.
