“Very clean and organized, one of the best thrift stores in the Valley. Yes, this store prices the merchandise a little higher than other stores. I believe that's the result of culling the choice items and only putting the best out for sale. Good parking situation, which is always a plus.”

“I'm really hard to shop for. I'll only wear black LEVI's, old Rock n roll shirts, black hooded sweatshirts, high-top, classic sneakers, and Leather biker jackets. Im also a size 30" in the waist, which is a little unusual for a guy. Unless you're 16 years old, anyway! So, I wasn't expecting much. We're not in Hollywood, where it's easy to find my style, after all. But, I liked the place! It was bigger, and it was very clean. Like an actual Department store.
This is the first GOODWILL I've seen, that's this well taken care of. They had ROWS AND ROWS of black 30X30 LEVI's, and I got two rock shirts, too! They had nice shoes, too. Just not any in my style. But, the ones I looked at, were in decent condition. They had lots of jackets and hoodies. And, I got some basketball shorts, too! ?.
The 2 pair or f jeans I bought, only came to $24.00, and, again, they were LEVI 550'S! So, that's a bargin! The other stuff came to close to $60.00. But, I SHOPPED! And found a lot of nice things!
And, one last thing!
I didn't get the Girl's name, but she was sincerely polite, quick, and efficient!
Congrats to her and the staff!”

“Well organized by clothing type and color. I needed a long sleeve pullover which would be rapidly destroyed with sap trimming some pine trees. They had many to choose from at $5.”

“This place is a GEM and so is Arlene! Came in to find a dress for a last minute party and I just have to say wow! The most amazing selection of quality dresses, accessories and shoes and so much more! And on top of it, all proceeds go to benefit homeless pets! They also accept donations. What an amazing store and a great cause! So happy I found this local store to shop!”

“This is a great salvation army store. I love the opportunity to buy great items second-hand rather than buy things from something like Amazon or Shein or Temu which is so bad for the planet and people working in those factories.

My one comment would be please make sure that when you're saying you're giving discounts based on certain tag colors that you are ringing that up at the register. When I got home I realized I was charged full price for all the items I had with the green tag which was the tag that was 50% off today. The gentleman helping was very kind. But I just wanted to call out that we need to make sure that customers are charged correctly.”

“I mostly go for the clothes, I've been going for at least 5 yrs and I always find new clothes or next best thing... they might have a little out dated fashions but most or at least the clothes I buy is up to date with today's fashion, at affordable prices..... overall I'm pretty contempt by shopping there, and I would recommend anyone to shop there”

“?Unforgotten Discovery Store - has so much available. Was CANCER Survivor and after effects are awful. Donated Sectional Couch by Thomasville ($2000.00) due to relocation. ☺️”

“I shopped here August 17.
They have Tons of clothing!!! It's pretty clean, they come along and tidy up the aisles.
The dressing rooms are closed. I wore bike shorts under my shorts so I could comfortably try on clothes.
They Do accept credit/debit cards.
The prices I paid for what I bought were very good! $4.99 each shorts and tops.
This is a warehouse so no air conditioning, but it didn't feel too hot.
If you need to call them the call goes to voice mail.”

“This place has really anything you can possibly think of... computers, monitors, printers, furniture, clothing, electronics and whole lot of other things... Got some nice stuff for reasonable prices, also the owner is allways happy to help you and have a quick chit chat with you”

“If you're looking for clothes, this place is a slam dunk! If you're looking for electronics, books, or anything besides clothing, don't bother. I love that they open at 8am and Tuesday mornings they offer a discount. But one thing I cannot stand about this place is they exclusively play Christan radio and it is awful.”

“I would highly recommend, Re-vase Flower Studio to anyone looking for amazing service. I have had issues with other flower shops. Everything from placing order, user friendly website, emails has been a complete pleasure. The flowers were the exact replica if not even more beautiful in person.”

“i REALLY liked this thrift store. it’s the perfect dig, inventory is organized and plenty but not overwhelming, a mix of modern and vintage clothes generally in good condition, many still new with tags. similar to salvation army in that for each category, the items were priced around the same (ex sweaters ~6 bucks, sneakers ~8bucks) regardless of brand name, which is how a REAL AMERICAN THRIFT STORE SHOULD BE!!! ????????
check pics for the haul and examples of brands i found ?”

“You will definitely find great deal here. I was looking for a sofa to fit in my new office. I don't have a lot of space, so I was definitely limited on sizing options. Luckily, I found them on offer up and picked up my new sofa and accent chair for such an affordable price. Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and helped us load up our furniture. They really went above and beyond for us.Highly recommend them! They sell out fast so make sure you don't wait too long.”

“I have to say I was quite pleased when I walked in to the Goodwill in Canoga Park & was greated by both Sadya & Annalesia. I shop at about 4 different Goodwill stores in Northridge, Canoga Park, Tarzana & Encino & I unfortunately almost 4 years ago had a health ER & I liked the merchandise at the Canoga Park Goodwill but the management completely chose the wrong place of work, when working with people all day, all kinds of people but had ZERO interest in any thing if it had to do with the customers. The last day I went to that Goodwill the manager, her friend were rude & it just was an uncomfortable, felt like walking on egg shells & wouldn't have even thought to ask any questions or ask to see anything in the glass cabinet. To say that my first day back to shopping & going to Canoga Park Goodwill first these two ladies were so helpful, completely went above & beyond & that's an understatement by far. I will now go to the Canoga Park Goodwill each week & I hopefully will have the pleasure of seeing Sadya & Annalesia?❤️ I will call to see if they're working on the day's I'd like to come in, finger's?.

“Not sure what all the fuss is about the owner. Everytime we come here we are greeted nicely with no attitude or rudeness at all. Plus They have some good sales on the weekend. Yes its not perfectly clean or organized but thats the fun right?! Always available parking right in front of the store. We'll keep coming back.”

“As I am handicapped, I can only get to Donation center when I have a passenger in my car to take my donation bags inside from the trunk of my car..It was accomplished quickly and easily and my friend stated inside process was simple and folks were helpful. In and out within 10 minutes or so. Thank you!!”

“One of the few remaining thrift stores where you can find both high end and fast fashion brands and real vintage. This is literally one of the best in all of California.”

“I’ve been donating and shopping at the Salvation Army for 20 years. Great people and plenty of good finds. Often brand new items. My shopping trips there are retailer therapy”

“This is a really really really great goodwill! They have a great selection of dresses as well as a lot of different cool things. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the employees are extremely rude and don't make it that great of a shopping experience . There was one sweet young long brown hair but that was about it.”

“Carmen an Cecilia are AMAZING!!! Whenever I go the store is always clean, well stocked, organized, employees always helpful and always smiling. This is one 9f the best Goodwills in the Valley.”

“I found 2 items for my 12 month old. First was an opened box but new high chair. Retail for 120 and got it for 60 then a water table for 12dollars - had some missing toy pieces but my son did care. He loved splashing. It beats paying 50 for something he's eventually going to outgrow. This place is a diamond in the rough”

“Donation super easy (parking in the back) and much bigger donation center than I originally thought. So happy decided to bring our items here. Boutique is on the small side but they're definitely trying to make it special and everything is organized and prices are fair.”

“I live in Sherman Oaks and as an avid thrifter, I rely on this Goodwill for 2 things: last stop in my circuit if I didn’t find anything good at the other shops, OR go-to for late night last minute runs (for example, I do floral arrangements and sometimes need to grab a glass vase for a customer’s order).

My favorite things about this Goodwill are:
1.) The cashiers- I usually see the same few young people at the register and they are so hardworking and polite, always conversational, with great customer service attitudes even when the store is swamped!
2.) Glassware- there’s ALWAYS a nice big variety of glass vases, all different colors, shapes, and sizes; drinking glasses and decorative glassware too.
3.) Lamps- I have found the sickest vintage lamps here ? Sherman Oaks is vintage lamp country for sure…
4.) Picture frames- again big variety, and the prices are super worth it considering how expensive picture frames are new. Just be sure to measure your artwork or bring it with you to check for a good fit!

I don’t buy clothes here (or at any Goodwill) because as a company their pricing policy for clothing is objectively wack. If you’re looking for beautiful clothes hit up any American Cancer Society Discovery Shop; or the Salvation Army Boutique on a sale day.

The parking lot IS super small so I sometimes park on the street to avoid it.”

“I stopped by today (Sunday) to try and sell some stuff. I didn’t end up selling anything, but I’ve gotta give a shoutout to the staff member who helped me—wish I’d caught his name! He was super welcoming, walked me through the whole process, clearly explained why they couldn’t take my items, and even gave me a really helpful recommendation. My experience was way better than I expected (especially after seeing some of the negative reviews), and I’d totally recommend this location!”
