They had plenty of staff on the floor (we saw about 8 employees stocking shelves, assisting in the store), but only one cashier and our line was about 10 people.We definitely prefer this location over the Irvine location and will be back.”
“This place is so kool and Fernando the son who runs this place is one of the coolest guys you will ever meet he is always so friendly and nice and always has a smile on his face we deal with him through my work but he has always been gracious and courteous to us.....I haven't personal used them for work at my house but a couple of coworkers of mine have and they are very happy with his work so I'm definitely going to use them next time I'm remodeling my kitchen. “My favorite place to be after Disneyland, this place is awesome, always have what I need at pretty good prices. Tall guy behind the counter helped me out for almost an hour making sure I got what I needed, the two women behind the counter are also very knowledgeable One time I went in the warehouse guy was putting away stuff and stopped what he was doing to help me out I thought that was pretty cool he knew his way around makes me feel comfortable like I'm gonna get home and get the job done.”

They have a lot of items in real SOLID wood which is hard to find these days. My mom LOVES this store too, In fact, this is an AMAZING place to find a gift for your mom! “I love the fact that if the sales people are busy you can press 1 and they transfer you to the head office where someone picks up and can price and check stock at your store. They always have a large inventory and have what I need instock. I've had to purchase 2 different oddly shaped water heaters that they had at the store. The large chain stores never have odd shapes.”

Also, she accomodated several request of mine as I was trying to renovate within a strict timeline. It was a one stop shopping for me as I also ordered my stone and sink from them. Ally also arranged the installer for me who was also very good- Guillermo Limon and Leo. They cut the stone the next day on-site so it was a 2 day installation. Ally also communicated with me the ETA of the crew and was in contact with them throughout the process. My experience was a positive one thanks to Ally and the crew of Guillermo”
