I'm going to walked in and talked to Rudy the owner he was very professional apologetic and took the situation right at hand and inspected everything and everything turned out to be good and took the extra mile they re-lubed the front end and checked everything out. “I haven’t done business here because I’m a mobile mechanic, but I read such ridiculous comments on here, I had to say something. The audacity to say, “they charged me $75 to remove two bolts.” If it were just “two bolts” why on earth didn’t you do it yourself?? Because you don’t have tools? We do and we paid hard earned money for them. Because you might strip the bolts? We know how to remove those. Because you might snap the bolt? We’ve learned through trial and error how to extract those. Because you don’t have the patience? Neither do we, for people like you. Because it’s in a difficult spot and you don’t know how to get to it? We can. It’s time to face the fact that you don’t have the skills we do and badgering us about our worth is incredibly disrespectful. Stay in your lane.”
