Horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I wanted to open an account with them and this girl , her name Kathy or Liz was so rude and ignored my questions. No professional mannerisms at all. Try to go other chase branch if possible. Staffs are so unwelcoming and rude.

MR. Andrew Valencia is the best. My parents had appointment with him and they did not speak English fluently. Mr. Valencia was respectful and helped with what they needed help with.

Waiting to talk to a person at the desk for an hour and watched person after person get called even those who came in after me. No one came up to me saying why it was taking so long.
