“I felt this sudden urge for chicharrones and guac and so I took the Yelp rabbit hole and found this place. Little meat market in the middle of Norwalk that has big charm, friendly service, and an excellent reputation for their meats. Their chicharrones were crunchy and fresh. My intrigue though, came from the taco shop they own that is right next to them. I am definitely going to have to come back and try this spot.”

“I really like this Stater Brothers, nice employees and clean... I've been shopping here for over 5yrs since I moved to Norwalk. The only issue I'm having is their produce has gone to shit. And they don't provide enough selections in their organic produce....”

“Bargains and friendly cashiers! This location is not my neighborhood GO but sometimes when I am in this area, I bring my ice packed coolers and shop here. This isn't a supermarket--they are an independent grocer that sells bargain closeouts. Shopping here requires checking every expiration date.My favorite section is personal care from shampoo, lotion, liquid hand soaps, face wash, beauty related products like cotton rounds, and more. Great prices! In the frozen section, there is a good selection of plant based items that are very affordable. They also have a seasonal section. Currently they have Christmas decor. In months back, they had fall decor. They have odds and ends kind of things like a sports team blanket. This GO is a lot better than the one in my neighborhood. When I remember to bring my ice packed cooler, I will stop by this Norwalk location.”

“Monica and Alex were so helpful! They gave us all the information we asked for. Plus more. Monica even helped us to our car and unloaded our groceries. Love coming here. So much more convenient than the grocery store.”

“So close to my neighborhood and right next to Luisa & Sons in the stater bros grocery plaza! My family has been coming here since it was formerly "Kaunlaran." This neighborhood Pinoy store sells fresh food as well as shelf life goods and some fresh produce. It's small but if you need something they are conveniently right there. They take both cash and card. In my opinion they have THE BEST chicharrone around town, for real.. "talaga!" It's crunchy, not too greasy/salty, and will outshine ANY pre-packaged chicharrone. 1 pound bag goes along away and is about $7-8. It's worth it. Buy local, buy homemade, and support Asian-Pinoy-Brown businesses.”

“6/4/23 Hubby reminded me how good their pozole is and I was in search for beef bones for my bone broth. Ordered one for dining-in their small restaurant within the market. You will encounter it on your right as soon as enter R & G. The ladies at the cafeteria style shop are very nice attentive. Within a few minutes the pozole was ready-it wasn't as hot so hubby requested it to be heated. Oh that broth!! Oh so good!”

“First time stopping by this location, it is on my way to work and figured instead of buying fast food I'd drop in for a snack and some fridge necessities. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. The line wait was a little lengthy but hey when you aren't in a rush & people are being nice, I have no issues in this life! The spicy chicken tenders from the deli/hot bar in the back are absolutely amazing, I really appreciate the mango habanero sauce that the gentleman recommended- this was better than any fast food chicken tender! They were affordable & traveled well to the car. (2 generous sized tenders for 3.99- sauce included) Many items I purchased were on sale- that made me happy, the clerks were very helpful, attentive, and friendly! Shopping at Stater Bros is very nostalgic and reminds me of my grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed this grocery store visit. Until next time! Thank you!”

“Busy only one check out line. Stop by to pick up a whole body chicken, but they only had one whole body chicken. Picked up some chicken breasts at a good price . Parking lot dirty.”

“It is not possible to buy quickly since there are so many things that you do not know where to start. The prepared food is finger-licking good, not to mention the bakery (a mortal sin). Your mouth is watering just by smelling the bread and everything else. You will find a genius who will ask you to be the owner of this business (ha, ha, crazy dreams)”

“First thing first when you step in it's very very cold inside lol but it's a good market quick grab and good lots of cold beer selection in the back and in the front they have juices and other items i don't know why but that's how it's layout good deals on veggies and anything that is needed very convenient exchange rate and money order booth.”
