“I really enjoy shopping at Stater Bros. It’s a reliable store that consistently has what I need, and the overall experience is smooth every time.
The prices are pretty decent, especially if you go with the Stater Bros. brand. From what I’ve seen, it’s comparable to name brands but more affordable, so it just makes sense to go with it. Most items are usually in stock, which saves time and extra trips.
The store is easy to navigate, the lines are rarely long, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s also conveniently located with good parking, which makes quick trips easy.
While some items can be a little more expensive, the convenience and consistency make up for it. Overall, I highly recommend shopping here—it’s a dependable place that deserves more attention. Definitely a five-star experience.”

“Its quick but I hate the parking lot and people speeding thru. The store pushes their brand over other sprouts fans found at other other stores. I still prefer to drive out of the area to 3 other Sprouts. I stop when I need something quick but never on a weekend or before 8am during the week.”
“I love the cleanest of the store, I absolutely love the floral part and pottery it's so fancy. The produce is freshly supplied with a great selection. The bakery is tasty cakes and designs on them are endless you can get anything put on them your favorite action hero, or nice art , or my favorite a picture of your person you are celebrating. The frozen section has items I never see in other grocery stores, pretty much I don't know what to cook all the time, luckily that Albertsons has so much to choose from I can try new things to make change up things. Thankful for this clean store.”
“I’ve been going to the Downey location for awhile now, and after my visit today, I finally had to leave a review because the service is truly that good. As a busy mom, I usually don’t make time to write reviews, but I’m genuinely grateful for the customer service I received today and wanted to take the time to recognize it.
Carlos and Vanessa were both incredibly kind, quick, and efficient throughout the whole process. Carlos was especially friendly and made sure I fully understood my benefits and how to properly use them, which I really appreciated. Vanessa was also very helpful and patient. They both made the visit smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for the amazing customer service!”
“I really enjoy shopping at ALDI in Downey. It’s one of those places where you go in for a few things and end up finding a bunch of stuff you didn’t even expect. They’ve got a great mix of meats, snacks, household items, and little treats—you can honestly get most of what you need in one trip.
The prices are a big win. You definitely pay less here compared to a lot of other stores, which makes a huge difference.
My only small complaint is that I wish there were more options for fresh vegetables and fruits. The selection can feel a bit limited sometimes. But honestly, everything else makes up for it.
Overall, it’s a reliable, affordable place to shop with good parking and a solid variety of products. I keep coming back for a reason.”

“This Mexican grocery store is absolutely amazing! It’s always fully stocked with everything you need—from fresh produce to authentic ingredients—and everything is clean and very well organized, which makes shopping so easy and enjoyable. The prices are fair, especially for the quality you’re getting.
One of my favorite parts is the small restaurant inside. The food is delicious, fresh, and truly gives you that authentic Mexican flavor. And don’t forget the sweet bread—it's always fresh and so good!

I accidentally left my wallet once and the man remembered and returned it to me. So sweet. Plus they have really cool crafty stuff. Tools and cleaning products and a large amount of tarps of different sizes . You should really check it out if you never have.”

“5 Stars for 3 associates that assisted me on a very crazy day when all the locals were flooding the store because of Tropical Storm Hilary.Associates Tarsha Cheyenne & Judy I really have to take the time to give the young ladies recognition for keeping it together when they were all getting bombarded from every angle by customers and still managed to provide exceptional customer service. I've managed for over 27yrs and I know first hand how hard it is to find key players. I really hope that top management takes the time to give these associates recognition and ensure you secure these associates give them a promotion and a raise these associates should be considered valuable assets to your organization especially after seeing that this store had very low ratings. This type of customer service by these associates will help bring your store ratings up. “This is officially our new meat market! The meat is very fresh. They have some great deals. The service was efficient (although somewhat awkward). You have to order as soon as u get there at the register (not at the display). Of course when u walk in you want to move out of the way and walk straight towards the display and meat ( its only natural) DON'T! When u walk through the door stick to left where the register is and tell em what you want to order. All the food is good so I recommend you have your order ready! The order # is on the receipt. Now you can look around and get the butcher's attention for some meat to take home (don't forget some guacamole and chips -chefs kiss). I strongly recommend the ceviche also!!”
