Good customer service. Came from the US bank Downey branch because they were too busy for my business. Even though Norwalk branch was busier, they found the way to help us.

They only ever have one or two people working, and they're great, helpful and friendly, but the line is always long and there is 14 teller windows and most are empty. Go here if you have extra time and not if you're in a rush
