They only ever have one or two people working, and they're great, helpful and friendly, but the line is always long and there is 14 teller windows and most are empty. Go here if you have extra time and not if you're in a rush

I wanted to open an account. Nobody ever answered the phone I called three different times of the day. No wonder why they have such horrible reviews.
