“Review for Chevron Gas Station – 1549 S Novato Blvd, Novato, CA
I’ve been to a lot of air stations around Novato and have often found that the pumps don’t work correctly, causing more air to escape from my tires rather than filling them up.
However, when I visited this Chevron location, I was able to get an accurate reading and fill my tires without any issues. The air sensor on my car turned off as expected, and I was done in no time.
I would absolutely recommend this station if you need reliable air for your car tires!

“It was a very convenient station to have near the neighborhood across the street. There was usually always a pump available and the staff was always nice PROS: - Yogurt machine - Snacks, yogurt - Cheap hot food - Oh Snap pickled vegetable packages. Love those - Nice staff - Boulder Brand chips! - Points system but it doesn't seem to work that well - Some emergency supplies when you need it on the fly - Open 24/7 CONS: - Lots of food and snacks but no real healthy options which sucks - Yogurt machine is out pretty often and it needs newer and fresher ingredients for toppings”

“This is the "Loop Market" that's the food mart & Car wash of the Shell gas station at Rowland & S. Novato Blvd. It's near the freeway ramps, so that's why the gas prices are higher. Also. Shell is a Top Tier major fuel brand, and has a reputation for being pricey gas. I was at this Shell/ Loop Market at about 850pm on a Tuesday. The car wash was closed, so I couldn't review that. The food mart was very clean and well organized. It looks like they were doing re-stocking or maybe an inventory count. I was looking for something to eat, and Oh Look! They have hotdogs! $1.99 for 1/4-lb hotdog. So I asked for a hotdog for two reasons: (1) I like their hotdogs, and (2) I wanted to see how he serves it to me. I told the clerk about my weird hotdog experience at the Loop Market in Daly City last week. He didn't know why they served hotdogs like that. The clerk served the hotdogs on buns, on their own paper tray. Very nice, but the buns weren't fresh. The actual hotdog was fresh and juicy, and probably still within it's holding time for best quality. So in general, a good experience at this Shell station. The food mart is equipped with modern dispensers and fresh food tables. Also, lots of packaged foods are available.Note: Posted sign says no pump assistance for disabled persons at this station.”

“This is a nice Shell gas station. It is located in a high traffic area off South Novato Blvd and Rowland Blvd. I don't usually get gas here because of the higher prices. I stop by The Loop when I need to grab something. It has been remodeled and they do a great job keeping it clean. They have a big selection of drinks and snacks. I like how visible everything is in the fridge section. The staff is always nice and helpful.”

“I like this gas station. It was recently refurbished and updated to be a convenience well lite location. I like the hours and the bright lights at night. I feel comfortable here and the employees are very nice. The gas is of quality, my car does not make pinging noises when I use it. The look and feel is consistent with other Shell station and the location is clean, perhaps that's because it's new. The location is downtown Novato, just across the street from Starbucks and Trader Joes. I'm a fan and like very much this Shell station on Redwood Blvd.”

“I was helped by the wonderful man a few weeks back for some reason my yelp review that I originally wrote was not posted so I thought I would rewrite it. I came in knowing I have a small oil leak, and I personally do not know very much about cars the kind man working behind the register stopped what he was doing recommended and oil and also taught me how to refill the oil / check it. I think we need more nice/ courteous people who make you feel comfortable and are willing to stop what they're doing and teach you something new!! Every-time I go in : everyone is so kind, I really enjoy that "old school " kind of service, nowadays people are in such a rush they don't have time to be friendly. So, if you want to go to a friendly gas station, I highly recommend Nave Shell!”

“Gas station is clean and fairly convenient off freeway, long hoses so you can fill up on both sides plenty of diesel, no line, and you can use your Safeway or $.10 off if you have them.
4 stars because if you call in, they won’t quote you the gas price over the phone, stating “it’s Safeway‘s policy not to do so”. If I pick up the phone and call your business why withhold information, that’s ridiculous.”
