“I hate that they charge to cash a check from an account drawn from the bank to non customers. I find that absurd. After all cashing checks is what they do. Its like going to a gas station for gas and having the station charge you a fee for using their pump to get the gas. Then they have the nerve to say "If you open an account then there wont be a check cashing fee!" I dont like the way they treat non customers so there is NO Way i would ever open an account with them!!!”

“This is my all time favorite bank. I see everyone enjoying themselves because the bank's staff is friendly. I have never have any errors on my own accounts and my parent's account. Bank of Stockton on Dale Road in Modesto is wonderful too. I think the architect of both "Green" banks are beautiful. Another bonus is if you have a mortgage, the bank will not sell it to a mortgage company. Plus when you telephone the bank, a person answers the phone. Yes, no more press 1, press 2, and no voice mail. I love that!!”

“After having several horrible experiences at the Ceres branch, I am very happy to say the only reason I am staying with the bank is because of the Oakdale branch. They are very friendly. I don’t need to go in much but we have a small business that sometimes we need to deposit $ into our personal checking. This branch doesn’t hold our checks. I understand doing for large amounts or when its a new payee on the check, but if it clears no problems there’s no reason to keep holding checks under $2k. Also, there’s good energy when I step into this location & everyone is so friendly!”
