“This place deserves 10 stars. My q60 was stolen and wrecked. Insurance company tried quoting me for used or aftermarket parts to paint and repair. Took it to this place and the guy Adam went to bat behind me against the insurance company and got us all new oem parts. As well pulling some string and getting the oem parts fast. Plus threw in a bunch of extra touch ups for no additional charge. Can honestly say my car was returned looking and feeling better then before it was stolen. Never once asked for anything in return. Genuinely satisfied ! 10⭐️s for sure.”

Insurance couldn't pay for the whole repair at their estimate rate, so I had to find another place to do the work. Friends recommended Turbo Auto Body. They did an estimate really quickly, for $1500 less. They ordered the parts and did the repairs much faster than I thought they could. And the whole staff was really nice! I felt so well cared for. It's easy to get to, too.”

Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

“Great prices and completed a usually rare / expensive auto window replacement service within an hour. They have an auto glass bay with three technicians in it, And they are one of the auto glass wholesalers in the area so other companies buy their auto glass from their integrated warehouse. To my surprise they actually had the small rear side corner window for my 1-year-old rental car in their warehouse when I called them. So I drove over and they installed it within an hour of my phone call as quoted. Very convenient service at a great price!”

“Y'all. We know that having car issues is never fun. But Carlos and Patty at OCC made the entire process manageable and pleasant. I had to get a tire, strut, and suspension replaced, and Patty did a fantastic job walking me through the entire process and keeping me updated via phone. Patty made it her priority to make sure I knew what was going on with my car, and she was so approachable. I felt like she really looked out for me. Carlos was out of the office, but I ended up meeting him since my situation took ~3 weeks. Their business is family-run/owned and they're local residents of Oakland too! Their body shop is legit, hooked up with security cameras and on the corner of 10th/5th, so you can't miss it! On the day I picked up my car, there was a hiccup where I they forgot to do a final diagnostic run. But no sweat! Carlos hooked me up, ordered the remaining parts that were necessary, and got my car fully fixed up in 4 hours! SAME DAY! He even dropped me and picked me up from my place so I didn't have to wait in the shop (although that couch they have is pretty comfy). Carlos, thanks for also cleaning up my engine...that was totally out of the goodness of his heart. I believe they also buffed my car and washed it up because when it was sitting in the tow yard, it did not look that shiny and clean. Patty and Carlos are transparent and genuine Oaktown folks. I would 1000% send my Prius back for future repairs. They really do a good job, are thorough, and try their best to communicate when they say they do. Support your local body shop, they're women-owned and BIPOC-run. If you're looking to get your car fixed, tell your insurance you're going to OCC.”
“Needed a cylinder head for a 1995 Plymouth 2.5L SOHC engine. So fortunate to discover King Cylinder Heads and Mike. What a great opportunity to buy a new casting and not be forced to the the risk on a "repaired head". This particular model car is a nightmare to tear down and doing it twice is not an option.Amazingly the head arrived within 48 hours of my order. The casting has been improved from the OEM with beefier walls between the intake and exhaust valves right where the typical OEM heads crack.Given the great price, fast shipping, improved casting, and amazing service there really is no other way to go. My next repair is a 2003 For Ranger with a cracked head and there is no question as to whom I am calling.”
