I had a great time in this store. I was just up in Oakland, visiting some friends and now I’m back home in San Diego and realize that I need more of the alphabet letters with the little rhinestones on top. Can’t find them anywhere else.

I brought my 5 year old to make a bracelet to celebrate her starting kindergarten. She LOVED it there. Just staring at all the cute beads made her happy. The staff was super helpful in walking us through the process of making a bracelet. They were very welcoming and we will definitely go back!

Please help support this business! Great selection of beautiful beads and wonderful, helpful workers. Prices are high, which is to be expected for the location. Happy to pay a little extra to support a local craft store.
We're so much more than just a bead store! We are a DIY bead shop, offering an eclectic variety of beads. Jewelry repair services are available for a fee, or have a staff recommend a class to learn more. In-person classes are back, gift cards, trunk shows and repairs available. Hopefully soon we can host private parties for adults or kids and artist Pop-Up shows. Blue Door Beads is bringing it back old-school, and taking the beads off of the web and back into your hands.
