The bank is online only. But the staff was friendly and able to solve a few of my needs. In general though, they want you to do everything online now.

First Class customer service. A classy and a very efficient modern bank yet a full-pledge broker dealer too. Offers Full array of financial products & services, with a unbiased portfolio recommendation. This is how personal banking should be. Been a long time customer. In short, gold standard Bar none!

I found the advice by Kevin Frank, Schwab's income annuity team. extremely valuable in deciding on my retirement goals. I feel confident Schwab, Jim Babson, is ensuring I retire comfortably without stressing over it.
