Crossroads Trading is a thrift and consignment store that offers a mix of clothing, shoes, and occasionally free books found in the parking lot. Customers have mixed experiences with the store. Some find the payouts for their items to be low, such as $8.70 for a pair of pants or $127 for 15 pieces, but appreciate that selling there is better than donating to Goodwill. The store sometimes has limited inventory, and not all items are accepted, even if they have tags. Several customers highlight friendly and helpful staff members who guide them based on size and style, making the selling process smooth and efficient. Positive memories include long-lasting items like Cole Haan shoes bought years ago and good interactions with staff. However, some reviews mention less satisfactory experiences, such as long wait times, poor customer service involving rude or inattentive staff, and issues with store procedures. Customers also note the store’s efforts to promote environmental consciousness by providing free books in the parking lot, encouraging reuse and recycling. Overall, Crossroads Trading is appreciated by many for its convenience and friendly staff, though some feel improvements are needed in customer service.

Expensive items get you something decent for payment. So keep that in mind.
