“I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. I needed assistance with the transition process after calling customer service and being told I needed to do in person verification. I was very disappointed to go into the Lakeshore location just to be told to call customer service. The person I spoke with didn’t offer to help by calling customer service with me. I changed my pin, got my account number and felt like I was left to do her job. I came in expecting to get support with something I wasn’t familiar with and left feeling worse than coming in. It was a great reminder why I went to Verizon.
UPDATE: I went in today and Michael and Mark both helped me figure out my transfer pin. So happy with them. I felt supported.”
“Dropped off my old TV box today. We finally got a big screen and upgraded to 4G.
I was helped by Mariah who is friendly and did her job efficiently. She also encouraged us to consider switching our phone service over to Xfinity as well. Gave us some numbers to think about as an option. Not sure we'll make the jump, but it's worth considering.”

“Jorge is an excellent employee. My 2 sons came in the store last week and he let them know that he could take care of their broken phone situation and to let me know . So I came in today and this guy rocks. He got my 3 line bill switched over to a 6 line bill with Wi-Fi internet and I am now paying like $500 less than i previously paid. And he got my 2 sons new phones. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be paying less money for more products and services. If I could I would give Jorge a thousand (1000) stars for his service. I will no longer go to any other T-Mobile locations. This location is my new home store.”
