We immediately increased available speeds atleast 3X and even more on the upload while paying a 1/3 the price. Looking forward to using the service!”
“We have used Unwired LTD for over 10 years now. Paul came over recently to replace a dated antenna component on our rooftop dish. Then he reprogrammed the system to accept the higher bandwidth signal. It went flawlessly and we are now enjoying the speed gains from the new equipment. Sonic has recently flooded our neighborhood with sales techs pushing their fiber optic product. At our place they were politely shown the door. We are quite happy with Unwired Ltd.”
“I had an excellent visit with Jessica at Verizon’s 2209 Shattuck store in Berkeley, CA. I am 81 and a little light on tech skills and somehow cut off my Verizon internet access. Jessica not only reestablished my internet connection (invaluable, as I am traveling), but showed me how to clear the dozens and dozens of open tabs wearing my battery down. Made my day!”
“I had to reach out personally regarding the PAXIO on-boarding experience to say that I could not be happier with the extraordinary customer-centric level of care I have received throughout a busy workday today despite a few surprises along the way.First, Renae called me around 9:30 AM to let me know that the technician would need to prioritize a network performance issue over my 10 AM installation. We agreed to reschedule for mid-afternoon.Second, tech supervisor Jose called me around 1 PM to finesse the technician's exact arrival window. In addition, he promised to provide an extra credit on our account for the timing change inconvenience since we already received the first month free.Third, tech Yurny arrived around 2 PM nearly half an hour before the promised deadline and once buzzed into the building, patiently waited for our front desk person to return from a late lunch before coming up so he could collect the ISP closet key himself.Fourth, Yurny immediately completed a quick walk-through of our unit and honed in on our condo-level ISP closet. After a quick trip upstairs to the central ISP closet on the 4th floor, he came back down and completed a successful speed test on his Macbook showing symmetrical speeds in the ideal ~950 Mbps range.Fifth, Yurny patiently waited while I rebooted my routers to restore our network to active broadcast configuration while completing my own speed tests before he departed. On his way out the door, he shook my hand and gave me his cell number if I encounter any issues going forward.Could not recommend more highly! You won't regret giving PAXIO your business!”

The person I work with doesn't have an online presence really with all the addresses of all the offices. Lily helped me in the jam and I am grateful. I wanted to switch and get verified on with customer service and she helped me use her phone to do everything so I could switch service to another phone.”

“i love this lakeshore avenue shop. every time I have stepped in I have received fantastic service. i am very old and legally blind. the staff here care a lot about taking care of all the customers. but, i feel that they take care of me more than anyone else! they are technically very knowledgable, quick and very attentive to your questions.

“These guys are great, had solid service from them for over a year with no complaints at a good rate.
Only one unplanned outage in that time, resolved promptly and with little trouble from me as a tech came promptly to replace their equipment.
One planned outage in that time, from 2am-5am so I didn't notice.
Their techs are knowledgeable about networking and generally much more able to help than the ones at larger corporations.
Another thing I'd like to highlight is their excellent customer service. It's possible to reach a human on the phone very quickly and they are usually highly competent. Even more outstanding, it is extremely easy to cancel with them-- at the end of my time with them, I called and had service cancelled before a billing date the next day.”
