I don't usually shop in store as I love delivery, but great to have in the area. There's also a large parking lot on the upper level with elevator or stairs down.”

“I've been going here since I was yay high. This and the Nigerian Aunty's on E.14th is about the only places East Bay you can get West African ingredients from West Africans. It's not big, selection isn't entirely vast persay (however I've noticed more Liberian focused ingredients) but I accept it for what it is. Items are coming over seas to here the farthest Coast from the Continent so grace is usually given for items and quality. (People by spoiled meat that's dressed nicely at big box grocery stores) Price.....well I again take it for what it is. Logistics for transport are still not as straight forward as it is from other country's. I like that I can come here and get all my ingredients. Thank you guys for what you mean in the community and all these years serving the public.”

“To tell you the truth they have the best bread (bilillo). We love the bread from there. Been buying for years. Unfortunately the customer service it's not very good. Approx 4:30 pm I asked the girl on the bakery how long would the bread come out from the oven. She replied approx 30 mins. Ok no problem. Left and came back. Saw that the break was still not ready. So I patiently waited. Seen at least 4 customers asking if they had more bread. But the girl would say no. No customer service. I mean attitude. Finally after waiting, I approached her and asked if the bread it's almost ready (she had told me 30 mins, and approx 45 mins had passed). She tell me . Nah it won't be ready till an hr. So I smiled and said thanks. Mi gente. I get we are tired after long days of work. But please, try to take care of your customers. . I won't be having that bread tonight. No big deal. The deal it's when you get shetty service. Other than that. We love you”
