Lifetime warrantee makes any additional issues that arise a breeze with no additional fees. It may take 3 or 4 returns to completely fix your ride but just bear with the process. No shop is perfect, however this Caliber Collision shop was excellent. I highly recommend it.”

“I wish I could give them more stars. As a business owner when I'm looking to purchase a product I would like for someone to explain the product I'm going to buy and also to give me options. Sometimes you don't even know how to explain what you want or what you are looking for. I went to Adrian Steele on convoy because that's who I used to use to set up all of my vans but now that I have pickups I'm trying to set them up professionally. I went there and tried to explain what I was needing and everything I tried to say something they said no right away. They were not helpful and I did not like the way I was treated. Owning a plumbing company I like to explain options and warranties to my customers. I was about to go home but I decided to check one more place and we found G&W on Google. We drove 30 miles from my house and we got to the store and we met a gentleman named Tim. I told him what I needed and I noticed he payed attention to what I was saying and looking for. He gave me several options and a couple of estimates on the spot and even explained everything little by little. That made me feel important not just a random person who walks through the door. Definitely will be coming back. I'm coming back next week and will probably do business. When you are looking for a product and are looking for the proper customer service you should come to this place. Thank you very much Tim for your time I definitely recommend you”

“I called before coming there to inquire about testing my battery. I spoke with Jason and he gave me all the information that I needed. When I arrived, Jason tested my battery and it was definitely time to replace it. Jason helped me find the best battery. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery fit for my car, but he went the extra mile and called another location to see if they had it. I was able to purchase it there and pick it up at the other location. From the very beginning, Jason was so helpful and he had great energy. The staff made me feel welcome, which is rare these days. “Professional store, I placed an online order with the store for next day delivery. I was shocked to get a call that the driver was outside my gate, like an hour later. Unfortunately, I had left, and by the time I noticed they had called, they were closed. They sent the item out in the am on the fallowing day. That was one of two deliveries. The second never showed. It was no big deal as I was not ready anyway. I called the next day and spoke to a manager. She was nice. After finding the invoice, verifying all the parts were there. The items arrived in under an hour. I like Napa. It has always been my goto store. Look for online deals. I saved 20% off the entire order for paying online and next day delivery. I would definitely recommend, and I will return for future purchases.”

“I smashed a classic. A 93 Rx7. I banged up the fender, bumper, hood, and door. I also had some damage to the apron/core support.
I had nowhere to turn, I wasn't going to attempt to take it to a fly by night place. I also knew that nobody wanted to touch this thing, especially with how old it is. I showed up with my tail between my legs and asked what are the chances they wanted to work on it. Originally they didn't, mainly because of parts. Also it helps not to be a dick or entitled, they don't owe you anything. I had connections to parts, and after a decent and easy conversation they were on board. This is not a typical scenario, I knew it was going to take time, I knew some parts may not be found. I doubt they will take yours because it is a risk, they want perfection from their results. But oh man they delivered.
I stopped by every day to give some pointers and we assured each other that things were going to be okay. Ted and the crew are very chill and HIGHLY communicative. I could not be happier with the results. If they can fix an FD, they will absolutely make your newer car right. I think I found the best body shop this side of California and recommend them to everyone.
