“This is my go-to place for grocery shopping. They've always had what I need at a great price. A few considerations I have is that it's primarily a self-checkout location and parking can be a little difficult due to how tight the lot is. There's homeless generally hanging out near the entrance and at times Ive seen them using drugs. It wouldn't hurt to exercise some caution when they're in the area.”

“The pharmacy here is a billion times more efficient than my old Walgreens. Wish I’d switched sooner. I really like the voicemail feature because I used to spend like 30+ minutes on hold waiting for a representative, but this way they just call me back when they’re ready and I don’t have to just stay on hold forever. Also one of the women at the pharmacy register always has a creative nail designs and I always look forward to seeing her manicures!”

“The Save On pharmacy in here is AMAZING. The staff goes above and beyond to help you out. I had an issue with my insurance not covering my Rx and me having to pay out of pocket. The pharmacist went out of her way to find out what exactly my insurance covered then called my Dr office and stayed on the line with them till they were able to adjust my Rx so my insurance would cover it. They even let me know about GoodRx and how to save money. Such a better experience than CVS. 10/10 would recommend”

“I’m always blown away more people don’t use Genoa.
There’s never a wait, they have the most responsive pharmacists - getting doctors to send prescriptions proactively, informing me by phone when it’s filled, super professional and kind.
I previously went to the Genoa in Laguna Niguel.
My wife and I moved to Oceanside and I was so happy to find there was one here! Melissa is the lead pharmacist and I consider her a real advocate :) she has helped get me and my family out of multiple jams. Jackie is also great. 100/100 review for the Oceanside location.
Supporting independent pharmacies is actually very important for our health care system - there’s so few left, and one of the few mechanisms to keep prescription prices down.
Also their pricing is better, staff far more responsive, and more personal experience.”

“I grab all my War 24 pack, cept 10 here. Also my stuff for sald with gorgonza, red onion and bacon I chop up. I keep forgetting to buy a bag of baby spinach. Even overweiht and COMEPLETELY BLOATED at 6'5 and hauloing trash for Waste Management allday, again statrting my route Monday, I jist sity and drive a Cushy Chair but Wed is my route to pick up beddy Capt Fred's dumpster Wed so I'll ask for him all the time, and he jist tells me stries 'bout how a spuad car with two pakong officer wer val for a hesaid/ she saod compint and his kids Wed. He knows all my dumpster and trash and Boar crossing routes. I or my buddies pickup all the trash for apt blgds, drugstores, and houses one day. Plese come out and give Catholic me a gift wrapped tip on Dec 25! God Bless and thank you. Easter Sunnday and Thangiving too. God Bless with a Genuflect next Sunday for any of my reviewers who celebrate Christmae Chrimas, maybe Felis Navidad for Marie and Frnces, idk?”
“I love my Walmart pharmacy on Vista way. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. They have always been kind, gracious and go out of their way to help me in every aspect. Kota with a T and all the other pharmacy techs and the pharmacists have always been very compassionate, patient and professional.

“No complaints here! This location has all the staples, with some "specialty" items here and there. (Which, in my case on this occasion, was *chipotle* chili powder and a *triangle* of Parmesan.) The produce looks great! The layout of the store makes shopping effortless. The outer walkways are wide, and the aisles are typical. I've gone here first thing in the morning, mid-day, and early evenings... it's always clean. (A million times cleaner than the Vons on Tamarack in C'bad. LOL) The self check out actually functions properly, so that was nice. The only downside? THE HORRENDOUS PARKING LOT. You'll find parking, that's not the issue. It's the compact size of the lot and the fact that it's part of a strip mall with no less than three fast food restaurants, three small biz restaurants, a party supply store, an Auto Zone, a barber shop, nail shop... you get the point. A LOT GOING ON IN A SMALL AREA. But, I am SO THANKFUL this WalMart is here!”

“I’ve been here more than a dozen times over the last 15 years.
My daughter’s orthopedic Dr sent in a prescription 2 days prior to the surgery. I received a text msg stating it has received the order for it.
Great! But at no point did they let me know that it was on “back order” or that the Norco they had on hand was a “higher dosage and you would need to request that “ from my daughters doctor UNTIL I showed up at the window. Even if it was text message stating it wasn’t on hand and to suggest going to a different pharmacy …. That being said.
I gave 4 stars because usually they have been great. This is the only time I’ve had this happen. Drive-thru is convenient and I’m grateful for it. There can be a long wait depending on what other cars are needing and if they have it on hand. Otherwise not terribly long. They are good about asking if you can go to the back of the line while they search for or prepare the prescription needed and allow those who have something quick to grab and get their stuff and move on. I’m usually pretty flexible and understand it helps keep things flowing.”

“My online photo store of choice. They do a good job and let you know when the photos are ready. If you live near a Walgreens and want to get some photos printed then give them a chance. The cost is reasonable and they often have coupons.”

I want to take a moment to recognize one of your team members, Natalie. In all the years I’ve visited this store, I have never come across someone who consistently greets customers with such positivity and a genuine smile. She makes everyone feel welcome.
Recently, my daughter and I needed help with makeup products—an area where I don’t have much knowledge. Natalie came to the rescue and guided us through our questions, offering excellent recommendations and options. What impressed me most was how she managed to assist us thoroughly while also remaining attentive to other customers. She clearly knows the products very well and is able to connect them to customers’ needs.
Because of her guidance, we didn’t just buy one item—we ended up purchasing several products that were truly useful to us. This experience turned a simple visit into something special.
I have noticed Natalie working hard during many of my visits, but this was the first time I really spoke with her. I even told her directly that she has remarkable customer service skills, and I wanted to make sure her leadership and dedication were acknowledged.
