“Was recommended this spot almost 7 months ago and have been going weekly ever since. The combo option of Lagree and Versa make it a great spot to change up routine while staying dedicated to your health! I love to try different classes around town and this one is one that has stuck. The instructors are all different in the way they train and the positions they have you do, which is also great! I feel like every time I go it's a little different and that's key for me! Recovery in the sauna/cold plunge is divine!”

“Daniella has welcomed me to individual training with open arms and a great attitude. She's very knowledgeable and her instruction has aleady paid dividends. Although extremely nice, she expects 100% effort in the sessions and definitely gets you motivated. The pricing is good, and schedule flexibly is great. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of training and nutrition guidance to improve their health and wellness.”

“Coach Jo has been one of the best CrossFit coaches I have received training from. I have wanted to find a coach and CrossFit box where even the small muscle groups are worked on too and enough warm ups are given before a wod to develop strength, flexibility, and development of a particular muscle group. For example, not a lot of boxes do bench presses, but Jo understands the importance of developing our chest muscles as CrossFit athletes in order to be able to execute movements needed in CrossFit. Nothing goes untouched with the training program taught by Polarize but beyond that, Coach Jo is incredibly supportive both emotionally and spiritually as she truly encourages her athletes to do their best - making the entire workout experience at Polarize FUN, SAFE, ENCOURAGING, and IMPACTFUL. P.S. You can sometimes see the duckies nearby that come to the box to visit and say hi. Whether it is your first time trying CrossFit or a transition from another place, Polarize is the box you want to be at!”

“Visiting from Texas for Spring Break with family. We worked out four days at F45 Oceanside. Three of the four classes we were welcomed and coached by Rachel. She was such a warm friendly person we had no problem deciding to work out on our vacay. Sadly we didn't have her for our last class before headed back home...no one matched her friendliness!”

“I have a pretty intense job which I work from home, so I am sitting all day (like ALLLLL day), which is pretty much the worst thing for your health. It also means I don't have time to drive to/from a gym (ok yeah sure at like 5am or after working all day I could but I tried that and it wasn't for me lol). When I lived in San Francisco I had a friend/ personal trainer that would come to my house and we would work out together. When we moved to Oceanside I knew if I didn't find someone, I'd be grossly sedentary and blow up like a balloon. I also have to worry about heart health as my dad passed from a heart attack at 51. I was so thrilled to meet Megan. She agreed to come clear across town to provide in-home training at a reasonable rate, she's such a professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to, and the workout is always different/ fresh/ never the same. Not to mention how highly qualified she is with a PHD (and winning every single fitness competition she's been in since we met!). My husband even started working out with us which I could never get him to do in San Francisco lol. Highly recommend Every Body's Fit to anyone looking to lose weight, get off meds, or just generally live a healthier life.”

“I’ve been working out at Oceanside CrossFit for nearly a year now and I’ve been really impressed with all the coaches at this gym. They have been so great about working with me to modify movements to my ability and are caring and patient. I’m far from an elite athlete and I can say this gym is for everyone. The workouts are great and there is a good variety of equipment as well. Good, positive community. I can really tell they care about all of us. Glad I found a home here!”

“Don't even think twice about it. Get your booty down to Burn for an amazing workout with amazing coaches and staff. I absolutely love that I don't have to think about anything except pushing myself during class. Each day is a different workout and it's already programmed for you, so you just need to show up. The coaches will guide and motivate you through each exercise and workout, so I can totally disconnect from everything outside of the gym and just focus on myself and my mental and physical health for 45 minutes. The classes are primarily women of all ages and stages of their health journey (also super supportive), and they have a great child care center - just plan ahead and reserve your spot early. Worth every penny.”

Plenty of weights to go around, tons of machines, and everyone that works out here has great gym etiquette and puts their equipment back.

The entire staff is super friendly, especially Jennie. She's a delight from the second you walk into the door, until the time you're waving goodbye.”

All the bodyworks plus instructors are great especially Melissa, Chris C and Emily. Front desk staff seem a bit serious sometimes but all in all professional. Would like to see more smiles but thats just me.”
