“The two men helping me with two returns were wonderful. Very helpful getting me a box and helping me prepare everything for a return. I’m a disabled senior and haven’t a lot of strength in my hands and they went above and beyond for me. I’m extremely thankful. I’ll be doing all my business at this location from now on”

“I just dropped off 13 packages (UPS returns). I was a few minutes after closing time and the owner kindly said he’d take the boxes. He saved me 20 minutes by not having to drive to the ups store. Super nice and convenient.”

“A huge shoutout to Benji for helping me with some fingerprinting needs. He truly went above and beyond and was so kind and patient throughout the entire process! As I was walking out of the store telling my husband how great and helpful Benji was, another customer actually stopped me to reiterate what a wonderful employee and person Benji is. That says a lot! Also, I didn’t catch the name of the other gentleman working, but he was also fantastic. He kept everything moving and handled all the other customers and packages while Benji was tied up helping me. Overall, a great duo and team. Excellent customer service and just genuinely nice people. Highly recommend this North County location!”

“I’ve been going to this UPS store in the last couple of years. With Amazon returns, I must’ve gone AT LEAST 30 times just in the last year. Although some of the staff could be a bit warmer, my experience with Dave (the owner) had been great in every interaction we’ve had. I’m sorry to see that many others didn’t have the same experience, but I just wanted to add my two cents in here. He’s been nothing but kind to me and after going there again just now, I feel the need to share that in this page.”
