“I was able to get same day appointments for two new additions to my family this week. Cameron at the front desk was so friendly and excellent assisting with the appointments offering what worked best for me and checking us in . Both experiences were more than 5 stars ! I brought in my TJ rescue , Sugar , and she was so loved on by the staff and Dr. Lisek even responded super fast to my follow up email . Today, I brought in my other new rescue Pepper and saw Dr. Jarrah . Her technician was so gentle to my baby and Dr. Jarrah spent the entire time loving on her while we went over her exam and recommendations. They borrowed her to the treatment area and she came back calm, happy and purring after her blood draw and urine . Sugar and pepper look forward to their follow up visits . This hospital is also very big , clean and parking is easy .”

“Digger came in for a routine tooth cleaning procedure and a couple other incidentals. I was very pleased with the time Dr Amir Liaghat spent with me to explain any questions I had. Digger is a very sensitive miniature Australian Shepard and has anxiety issues when in an uncomfortable surrounding. I was impressed when Dr Liaghat accommodated us and let me stay with him (in the waiting room) through the process of drawing blood and even gave him a sedative to calm him down before he was ready to begin the procedure. I had a 9 am appointment and had Digger back home by 12!
Of course, dental cleanings are not cheap, but I thought the price was more reasonable than other estimates I have received in the past. I would recommend Temple Heights Animal Hospital to anybody, especially if they have a pet with anxiety issues!”

The facility is clean, calm and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat us with kindness and respect. “North County Cat Hospital is absolutely the best. Dr. Aimee & Dr. Daly are so knowledgable and great and all of the Vet Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I've been taking my cat Henry here for almost 3 years and We always have a great experience. Henry has required a LOT of medical attention and even as he ages their recommendations have kept him happy and healthy. They also feed Henry Churus to keep him happy while they do any procedures. I had previous Vets who were unconfident and unskilled when dealing with cats and I am so thankful they are a cat only clinic. I recommend everyone I know to go to them. They are worth it! It also helps to have pet insurance, Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver and covered a majority of my vet bills, so price was never an issue for me.”

“This is for the Vetco at this petco. Dr Rodriguez was amazing with my cat. She was so gracious and kind to us. She explained everything to us in the most sincere tone and didn't try to push anything unnecessary on us. She made me want to take all my pets here just for her only. Dr. Rodriguez is the best vet I have ever encountered and she truly cares about your pet. “The girls are very nice, I know they are very busy but they always greet you with a smile. One of the tech is so sweet with my pup Zoe. I always feel comfortable leaving her. My only frustration is scheduling. I really don’t mean to be a brat but I get told different things every time. Recently I have been told twice that their last appointments they do (every day) is 4:30 but they advertise on the wall that the office closes at 6. I understand that there has to be availability but, I've been scheduling 5-5:45 appointments since Sept 2023. It’s upsetting to be kinda gaslit when I’m just trying to get care for my dog after I’m off work at 4:30p or 5p. The staff is great otherwise and that’s why we keep going to this location.”

“I had first brought my kitty as a second opinion for a sudden diagnosis of Diabetes. She was not in the best of health which I was committed to finding a vet that would prioritize her well being. It was such a horrible feeling that I could not find a vet that not only showed their care but who were able to explain this new diagnosis and the upcoming care.
I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Moore.
She not only showed empathy, sympathy, kindness but knowledge to a foreign chapter my Luciipurrr would have to endure. My kitty was very sick, and Dr. Moore made such an impactful connection with my kitty, she gave me an extra seven months to be with my Luciipurr before her aggressive diabetes won. I am forever grateful not only for Dr. Moore, but the entire staff at this location. Everyone has been patient, kind, loving and gave my kitty the best care. Recently I found a kitten on the side of the highway and brought her in to see Dr. Moore. After the wonderful care from the team and Dr. Moore that was provided for my Luciipurrr, I am comfortable and thrilled to have such a great team grow and care for my little Mina. This team is wonderful and cannot praise their dedication enough.”
