“I enjoyed the service here very much. Build a stuffed animal with a special recorded option sewn into the animal while you're there for a keepsake. My sister just passed and her heartbeat was recorded and installed for the children left behind. It was a very adorable sensitive and delightful experience for the memory of my beloved sister. The staff were all very helpful and very into working with the parents children and couples trying to get their memories enveloped into a loving soft toy for future sake. Wow what a touching experience to witness. Thank you for the effort!”
“I placed an online order for pick-up at this location because they had the flannels I needed for a family photo shoot. The online ordering process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Since Ontario Mills can get extremely busy during this time of year, my goal was to get in and out quickly, and I did!

Went to Janie and Jack after a long got treated not so nice because I asked if they could check for the peanuts girls dress if they had it the lady was so rude to me and got upset that I didn’t want to order on line with them. I never seen them there before so not sure she had transferred from another store. It’s the first time shopping back In store after that.”

“Very good products. We are going there more times later. But, the cashier and the attendant allowed me to be close to my wife while she was trying on some clothes. She likes me to check if the clothes are ok and I am responsible for taking others while she stays in the fitting room.”
