The person at the counter was really great. She really needs to be recognized for her great service! We also had a problem with the screen in the vehicle not turning it on and the woman at the booth offered to switch the vehicle for us. Great service from the whole team!

Amazing experience. I was there late at night after being told by Alamo next door they had no cars available for my reservation I had made during the day. The lady was so nice. She had plenty of cars, gave me a great rate, all. With a smile. Thank-you Kyuna.
