I had a very good experience picking up my car from San Jose and dropping off in SoCal. I was in and out in a couple of minutes

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Just beware, there is a 10 minute bus ride out to pick up/drop off the car. Give yourself time!

The gas tank was only three-quarter full when I picked up the car. When I found it, it’s already too late.
I returned the car with full tank because it is hard to fill only three-quarter!
