“This was my first visit to Khol's ever. It will not be my last! However, I over spent! Lol.
I am an Adidas head, so once I saw they sell it there, I couldn't help myself.
But they have lots of good savings on other clothing and house items as well.
My mom is a frequent Khols shopper.
The store was clean, but the dressing room was a mess.
I was wondering if they bother to check the rooms once people are finished trying on. Not to mention, the period trying on clothes are lazy to leave the room with the clothes they try on on the floor or not even on hang them back on the hanger.
The staff is friendly.
I will be back, I enjoyed my shopping experience for my first time there.”
“It's just not my style~I don't get the hype, but I did find their Winter scarves at a reasonable pricing, $39.99....must have been from $49.99 down. I didn't need a new scarf so didn't go for it. But if I do need one in the future, I'll most likely buy the Christmas looking one as shown below. But the store was very organized, spacious and clean. I would return again for their Winter scarf if it's still on sale!!!!”

“I placed an online order for pick-up at this location because they had the flannels I needed for a family photo shoot. The online ordering process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated the text notification when my order was ready. Since Ontario Mills can get extremely busy during this time of year, my goal was to get in and out quickly, and I did!
The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff provided excellent customer service. My order was ready and waiting, and the team was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience shopping at this Old Navy outlet. I’ll definitely be returning after the holiday rush.”

“Shout out to David who was very patient in retrieving all the items that I needed in preparation for my families Mother’s Day photo shoot.
I completed gathering my kids outfits, and I asked David to please put their outfits upfront. And as I was shopping for my outfits, I figured I can get myself a few more things since I was by myself because I didn’t have any kiddos with me as well 😆
So after shopping for a while, I went to buy my things and I forgot the kids outfit.
I remembered the kid outfits were at the far-end register from where I checked out, but I remembered after closing hours… on my WAY HOME! 😬
So I took a chance and I called the store because the photo shoot was the next day!
Luckily Justin picked up the phone and was sympathetic/understanding of my current situation… that if I came home without the kids outfit that I would’ve been 6ft under RIP dead 🪦 like they say!
So I immediately came back, and I was greeted with a smile and laughter by Justin and the crew members.
I told Justin and the crew they are Lifesavers… literally 😄
I also want to give a shoutout to the rest of their crew there, they always accommodating/patient with one needs especially with a group of kids 😄”

“I went into this store this morning and was greeted by tall African American employee (I didn't get his name) he was very polite and had great customer service as I was looking for all black huarache in size 11.5 which they did not have / he let me know that champs at Victoria gardens had that size in stock / he gave them a call and let them know to put them aside for me / he also let me know champs would price match the $74.99 foot locker was selling them for. When arriving to champs they had the shoes put to the side for me and saved about $20 on the price match. Kudos to that employee at footlocker he is bad a** / that is how customer service should be done.”
