“Hello, I'm a woman of a certain age, I don't usually shop at Old Navy for myself. However, with the exceptional guest service of Oscar at the Colonies store in Upland, Old navy has a new customer! Management went above and beyond to help me get what I need for an up coming trip. And not to mention the cleaniness of the store, and the outstanding organization of the clothing racks. Thank you again Oscar, Old Navy is blessed to have you :)”

“Men’s House in Upland is a great spot for men’s clothing. They have a solid selection of modern, clean styles, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly, not pushy, and quick to help you find the right fit or recommend something that actually suits your style. The store is organized and easy to browse, making it a smooth shopping experience. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking to update your wardrobe.”

“I accidentally left my dress at home the other day, and had very limited time after work to find a solution as a recipient of an honor award. After trying a few places, my final option was Macys at the Colonies Crossroads. I now had just over an hour and had failed on 4 options. While hanging up the dresses, Candace assisted me, saw what I was looking for, and immediately began looking for alternate sizing in the back. She helped me shop. Literally. Within 15 minutes, we found the dress. Within 5 min she found the perfect shoes in a size hidden away in the back. Sounds like just a nice act, but in that moment- it really was a Good Samaritan who understood my fatigue, heard the need, and literally made it happen.”

“Just had an awesome experience with Brian in Amazon returns. I mistakenly designated Staples as my return site. Brian walked me through the process of canceling my return, and changing the new return to Kohls. Brian ROCKS!!!”
