Passport walk-ins. Arrived at 3:45 pm. They are supposed to accept walk-ins from 4 pm to 5 pm. They were helping someone, and they called the lady in front of me at 4:30 pm (I had waited for 45 minutes). Then they just said no walk-ins today. They could’ve posted something or said something instead of making us wait...
