“All I can say with 100% certainty is that this location and their staff is a 1000 times better than the Diamond Bar location on South Diamond Bar Blvd. They don't forgot to put the shipping label on your packages here. The DB location does, they forget and then blame you. I drive all the way here to avoid that location. That staff should be fired and the location closed.”
“I normally place my mail in the blue box in front of the PO. But I had to go in to mail an envelope. I didn't wait too long in line. I normally go after 12:30 p.m. for parking. If you go early, there will be less parking. The inside was roomy in line. There is a self check out stand to weigh and pay for your items. There are helpful, courteous, friendly staff helping you. Also to the right, it is the passport area. You need to make an appt if you are getting a new or renewal passport. The left side is the personal post office boxes. It is very spacious.
Since the PO closed on Mountain, I drive to the Upland one on Arrow Highway. It is across from the Padua Pasta place.
I would recommend this PO.”

I wish that customers would realize that it's not the workers fault that they don't have enough people to work thank you for Pomona Post Office. 💜”
“Sergio the manager or person in charge definitely runs a tight ship, has all his clerks on check and on point, they have helped me tremendously on all my shipping needs for my business, his mail carriers too do a great job. I've had a few issues here and there but Sergio addresses it promptly anytime I have brought it to his attention. Love this post office, been coming here for years.”

“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”

“The staff who serve me today at this USPS location have an excellent attitude. Typically, bureaucratic behavior is rampant in these institutions, and many of the service staff tend to have bad tempers, poor attitudes, and are quite lazy, behaving as if they're being pampered.”

“I visited this post office this afternoon hoping to apply for a PO Box, but unfortunately there were no boxes available at the moment, so I had to cancel my current mail forwarding service instead.
During the process, there was a taller older manager with glasses who patiently helped me resolve all of my issues. He was extremely kind, professional, and never showed any frustration or impatience throughout the entire interaction.
He carefully explained everything and helped me handle the process smoothly, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare nowadays to meet someone who is genuinely patient and willing to help customers with such a positive attitude.
I wanted to leave this review to encourage and thank him for his excellent service. He truly deserves recognition. Thank you again for your help!”

I originally had gone to the upland post office to mail my save the dates but when I inquired about something specific they said they “didn’t have that service” which I know for a fact was not true. Then I drove to Rancho and Jeremy immediately helped me with what I needed. Amazing experience, and so much so that I went back when mailing my invites and was helped by him again. “It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”
