“The wife and I came in to find a new temper-pedic to replace our old temper-pedic and we did just that. Joe was awesome and very informative of all mattresses but we knew what we wanted and Joe was there for us. Thanks Sit n’ Sleep 💤.”

“I enjoyed working with Brad. He was very helpful with my selection. I have purchased a mattress and topper before and it couldn't be a better purchase since other company's don't offer a mattress that you can flip. Don't change your product. June Bug”

“Came here to check out the Aireloom beds and got to meet Greg. He was kind knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care about helping us get the right mattress. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't overbearing, he was just patient and helpful. We ended up with an amazing mattress and couldn't be happier. I am glad that we came in in person and didn't order something online that came in a box. I really don't think mattresses should be purchased that way. The delivery was seamless the drivers were kind and efficient. This is the best mattress store in Orange county.”

“I rarely write reviews, but American Bedding Mattress Factory truly deserves the recognition. I purchased four custom mattresses in different sizes, and every single one was made specifically to fit my family's needs. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. You can immediately tell this is a family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its craftsmanship. Most of my interactions were with Carlos, the owner's son, and he made the entire process enjoyable. He is incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable, with an infectious positive spirit that made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless and even fun. He took the time to answer every question, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure each mattress was tailored to my comfort preferences. At one point, I accidentally ordered the wrong mattress size. Instead of making it a difficult situation, they couldn't have been more accommodating. They promptly made the correct size without any hassle, and I ended up keeping the original mattress for my niece—so everything worked out perfectly. That level of flexibility and customer care is hard to find these days. The quality of the mattresses is outstanding, but what truly sets American Bedding Mattress Factory apart is the people behind the business. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made this one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. If you're looking for a high-quality, custom-made mattress from a company that truly values its customers, I wholeheartedly recommend American Bedding Mattress Factory. Supporting a local family-owned business that delivers this level of quality and service is an easy decision. Thank you to Carlos and the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience!”

“I came into the store looking for a black bean bag for my house. The friendly staff greeted me, and they walked me over to the bean bag section of the store. I found the bean bag style I liked, but they did not have it in the color black. The employee informed me that they would make the bean bag I wanted in black at no additional charge. I had a awkward space that I wanted to fill, but also wanted it to be functional. The bean bag came out even better than what I expected! The quality is way better than what I saw on the sales floor the day I ordered it. They over-delivered, were kind, and it was ready before the date promised. 5 Stars!”

“Top notch customer service! They were able to order the bed we wanted and we found the perfect mattress. I thought it would take all day, maybe driving around to 10 different places, but this was my first stop of the day and thankfully my last. We were in and out quickly and the owners were not only efficient but very caring and genuine.”
