Heard of CAB from an online friend and finally checked them out as I became more picky about my meat quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find the cuts I needed: brisket, ribeye, *beef belly*, lamb, and more at VERY competitive prices.
The price per pound beats the nearby grocery stores by several dollars, with quality on the upper end of choice if not prime. The marbling is pretty consistent across the variety of meats without excessive fat. They also have a variety of marinated meats for Korean bbq as well.
The workers are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for some pork belly but they were fresh out, and was told the next time it’d be cut up and they’re also available to call and check ahead. I hope to see them again for many more years!”

“Receiver great in and out within 10 minutes but not safe overnight parking because i came 7pm and parked next to receiver’s main gate around 2 AM i felt movement in my trailer.immediately i wakeup and come out from my truck for look out what’s going on back there and i surprised when i seen 2 guys cut lock from trailer doors and was stealing stuff from trailer and loading their little trolley which is attached with Bicycle after when i seen them they run away with 5 case of duck meat”

“I used to not like chorizo because I had a bad first experience trying it. However, my girlfriend was so excited to make chorizo for me saying Aurora’s had the best chorizo. I tried it for her sake and was so surprised at how good it was. She always hypes this place up, and I can see why. “I went a few times during the weekend to buy pan dulce which was decent, and this morning (Tuesday) I went before 8am and was shocked at how crowded it was. I initially was going for their tamales which I've tried before and they were dry and "just ok," enough to satisfy my craving but after seeing everyone in line for the hot food I stood in line as well. They sell tortas with frijoles (beans) with your choice of meat (carne asada, chorizo, chicharrón rojo and verde) i ordered the chicharrón rojo and OMG!! Delicious! I had the guy add salsa and jalapeños which was a mistake because the chicharrón rojo already has a nice kick to it so after my first bite I took out the jalapeños. The few times I went I didn't notice the hot food so not sure if it only sells during certain times. It gets packed in the mornings with people heading to work and the line can get long, I waited about 10 minutes not bad. With my torta and can soda it was $5.77! *Update* tortas sell in the morning until 8amThe reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is because I saw the produce section and it was a bit gross, the carrots and lettuce looked old. I will be going back only because the convenient location and for their tortas!”

“I discovered this butcher shop not long ago, and ever since then, I only buy my pork belly here. The fat-to-meat ratio is perfect — not too greasy, just rich and flavorful. I grilled it on a grill I bought from Zion Market, let a bit of the fat render out, and it turned out unbelievably delicious. I couldn’t believe how good it tasted at home. The quality of the meat is always excellent. Highly recommend!”
“Now they have the best bolillos I know in a 15 mile radius. Take it from a Mexican, Mexican pan lover. At 44¢ per bolillo that is a good size, perfect crunchiness, plenty filled inside with both parts (inside and out) tasting good and soft. And they last a few days in good condition and you can reheat them without them hard or chewy.
I am not traveling 15 miles to Maywood for good bolillo since there's a Superior Market near me.”
