“I was at the Columbia store this morning. The store has a great selection of clothes and jackets. And most everything is on sale. There a lot of items at 50 percent off so its a good time to shop there. Make sure you go there in before noon because the parking lot fills up quickly. The sales people are courteous, respectful, and friendly. I love shopping there. If you sign up with Cokumbia, you will accumulate discounts.”

“My wife and I had a good experience when we visited this Hollister store. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we have any questions. I told her no and that we were just browsing. My wife look at a couple of things but in the end she didn't buy anything because nothing stands out. I don't shop at Hollister, so going into this store was just for my wife. Everything was nicely organized and when someone take a clothing to see the fit or etc, a worker would come and fold back the clothes if they didn't put it back correctly.”
“Overall it's great to have this Outlet at the mall. But my only complaint is that the store is messy a lot and unless it is the holiday times it's very hit or miss with the items in the store. Sometimes there are selections are of abundance and other times entire sections of the store are empty. I just went there less than 2 weeks ago and the little girl section had less than 50% of the items on the shelves and racks. But the boys section was completely full.”

“We drive an hour to shop at this location. We have a good relationship with some of the staff that have helped us over the years. They have provided excellent customer service except for Nancy. She always fails to provide the true meaning of customer service.
I am going to share my experience tonight. I came in and shopped at the 75% off rack. I took a few pieces to the register to have a nice young Asian lady give me purchase prices. Then I took them to the dressing and chose a sweater to purchase. Nancy helped us at the register. She ripped off the 75% off sale sticker, said out loud to the other cashiers it was not on sale. It was a total embarrassment. My husband was going to purchase it anyway but I was so upset at Nancy that we just left out of sheer embarrassment. We have spent so much money at this store. With her attitude, unfriendly face, never going above and beyond to help out a customer she is going to cost the company to lose customers. We decided to go to Gavin the manager and explain what happened. He listened, and without hesitation he honored the sale ticket. He knows the true meaning of excellent customer. He kept a customer for the company. I never ever want Nancy to assist us again! Thank you again Gavin.”

“I took my wife here this morning right when they open since I was in the area for work. The moment we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. This wasn't our first time in the store so I told her we didn't because my wife knew where everything was. While she was shopping, I was just looking at watches to burn time and the worker asked if I wanted to try on any watches. My wife went to try on a shirt in the fitting room and then decided that she wanted to me to get it for her. Going through the checkout was easy, they don't use the credit card scanner anymore but used a wireless tablet or phone to complete the transaction. They had a lot of merch here and the store is well organized.”
“Prices can be compared to buying new items at any retail store— quite a few items are from popular fast fashion brands. However, profits go to a good cause and the people were nice.”
“I took my wife and her mom to the Outlet, my wife loves the lucky brand so she wanted to visit the store. The store is small so just be aware of that and they don't really have a dressing room. They just have this room with just a curtain for privacy so I would say that's the only bad thing if you're going to try out jeans. They had some clearance items and also some sales throughout the store so you'll just have to look around. My wife and her mom found some jeans that they like so they decided to purchase them.”
“Today I visited the Nordstrom Rack at The Outlets at Orange and bought a bag. I wanted to leave a review because the sales associate, Kendra, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to help me find everything I needed and made the whole shopping experience very pleasant.
Before coming here, I had stopped by Saks Fifth Avenue and purchased some clothing, but unfortunately I experienced unfriendly customer service there. Coming to Nordstrom Rack right after that felt like a complete 180-degree difference in how I was treated — even though I spent much more money at Saks.
Today reminded me that when shopping in stores, unlike online shopping, the product itself is important, but great customer service can make an even bigger impression. Thank you again, Kendra, for your kindness and professionalism”

“Very well-decorated store with a nice vibe, great customer service, and a wide variety of items. My friend ended up buying an Orange-themed bracelet and I bought a book on the paranormal history of OC. Whatever you may be looking for, especially if it's Orange-related (or if you don't quite know what you're looking for), you can definitely find the right thing here.”
“Great store! The clothes are all cute and stylish. I was able to get a well-made, fitted black tank top with eyelets for a reasonable price. The staff were very nice and helpful; they signed me up for a rewards program where you earn points for money spent and get a free gift (currently a tote bag) for your birthday. Also went in looking for some swimming trucks & swim shirts for my son, but the trunks were too short (mid thigh) & the shirts were nice. It's cleaner & fuller now than the first time I stopped by.”

“I had such a great experience at the PacSun in Orange. The store is incredibly well organized, and the employees are truly some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at any retail location.
Cat, the manager, along with Andy and Fernando, are all the sweetest people. They genuinely take their time with customers and go above and beyond to make sure you feel helped and welcomed. You can really tell they care, which honestly makes such a difference. The level of kindness and service here stands out compared to other PacSun locations — aside from Brea, this is by far the best experience I’ve had.
The John Galt section was also the most organized I’ve seen at any PacSun, which made shopping even better.
This location truly sets the standard for customer service. I’ll definitely continue coming back!”
“This one is also a large store with great collection on Prom dresses. Gated trial rooms. There are a total of 6-7 of them. Store girls are quite helpful. No alterations facilities onsite and no offering in case if there is a defect however they will assist you to find a nearby location who may have similar dress of your choice..in fact, we did the same and counter girl helped us identified a nearby store where we found the dress. Thank you all for your help and advice.Free parking, it's the city mall area.”
