“After running around in Lyft to 3 different places I googled a phone repair shop called them and when they said they can get my son phone screen fixed within 20 mins I decided to test my luck and thankfully the guy there was so nice and I took longer than 20 mins because I wasn't in a rush and phone was fixed quickly and ready for me to pick up thankfully to him the day was saved I would have to say if you have any issues go here also they have a warranty for certain mishaps so please read instructions well walked simply ask very nice respectful and fast turnaround service thank you again for repairing my son screen in a timely manner and let me not forget cheap affordable prices”

She knows everything and does her absolute best to make you feel you've made the right choice in Carrier service. I'd highly recommend this store. I live on the other side of town and would drive to this location for any other needs I have regarding Verizon. Thank you Erica for going above and beyond. Fyi: the location is a bit small so you should have patience, it does get a little busy in there sometimes.”

“We had such an outstanding experience at this Verizon store, all thanks to Darren, the store manager. From the moment we walked in, he was personable, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. He even kept us laughing throughout the process!
Darren is extremely knowledgeable and was able to confidently answer every single question we had…which was a lot! We came in with a somewhat tricky issue involving one of our phone lines and an account/billing problem, and he handled it with total professionalism and ease. He didn’t just offer a quick fix or pass it off, he took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved before we left. He double-checked all the details and made sure nothing was overlooked, which we really appreciated.
What truly went above and beyond was how proactive he was in helping us save money. He carefully reviewed our account and found ways to lower our bill, and even introduced us to Verizon’s home internet…something we didn’t even know was available! Thanks to Darren, we’re now set up with a service that will save us even more money each month.
On top of all that, Darren was unbelievably patient throughout the entire experience. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we fully understood everything along the way.

After 3 missed deliveries, FedEx and AT&T customer service were not very helpful in finding a solution.
