They built a crate and shipped a very expensive chandelier for us. The cost was very reasonable and it arrived safely. “Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”
