“Had a wonderful experience with them! The only UPS store which agreed to help our needs within greater sacramento. Thanks to Kabe (not sure if the spelling correct). He is very helpful and kind! “We needed help with a few time consuming items. Stephanie, one of the Notaries there helped us with everything we brought in. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.”

“Maria was simply outstanding in every way. We had documents that needed notarizing and she kindly, faithfully and professionally handled everything WHILE at the same time tending to a steady stream of customers. All were met and served in a friendly and welcoming manner, with no delays at all. Her ability to multitask was simply amazing! Her PR skills are A++”

“They are the sweetest people and so helpful! They made sure that the information i gave was correct and had me double check it!! So for anyone who gave the wrong information and you don't bother to check it that's your fault not the business!! Also if items are broken it's because of the company who deliver it not the shipping place! You will regret going other places they can do everything for you and help save you money!!”

“Dropped by for notary services today. Even though she was working alone, the young lady there was able to quickly go back and forth between us and other customers as they came in, greeting everyone with a smile and quickly taking care of everyone’s needs including ours. Pretty impressive, she definitely went above and beyond.”
