“How could anyone not love this place? We've had a mailbox here for 7 years, and the service has always been beyond expectations. Friendly, with a smile, even during those darn lockdowns. We initially got the box because mailbox thieves were in our area. But once the guy was caught, we kept using it because it eliminated the risk of porch pirates at xmas. Further, we no longer had to worry when stuff we ordered was delivered on a different day than promised. It was safe, even if we were out of town! Prices are great, service is great, and they work hard to earn your business each and every day.”

“Postal Annex is a breath of fresh air, a sigh of relief... in this busy world we live in it's nice to know that there's a place where you can pop in, get your packages shipped and go on about the rest of your day.This is such a place.The lady there is sooo nice, she got my package addressed and done in just a couple of minutes. This was a much better experience than going anywhere else and having to wait in line.(I was going to go to the post office, here was BETTER!)”

“I needed to send a couple of birthday presents to my daughter at UCSB, but didn't have a box the right size and so I just took my gifts and the card in a shopping bag to the UPS store and I explained that it was for my kid's birthday in Isla Vista in five days. My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. But I thought her calling and asking me was such a thoughtful thing to do. THAT is was I think of as great customer service.”

“Although I have been a steady customer for the past 11 years, I can honestly say, the business is absolutely better than it's ever been. New owners took over earlier this year and the quality of services provided improved greatly. We used to walk on eggshells with the previous ownership. Gury and staff have created a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers of all types. Everyone is just as important whether shipping large boxes or making 3 photocopies. “I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at my local UPS store. Whether I'm here for supplies, dropping off a prepaid package, or doing an Amazon return, I've found the location convenient, with close parking usually available. They work quickly to get customers in and out while still providing excellent service. During mornings, lunch hour, or holidays, I need to set my expectations to wait a few minutes longer, but usually I've gotten in and out. I especially appreciate the Amazon kiosk so I don't need to wait in line. I recommend The UPS Store if you're looking for printing, shipping, etc!”
