PostalAnnex+ of Roseville is an incredible and fantastic postal location offering UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping, along with private mailbox rental, notary service, copies, and supplies. It is a family-friendly and family-run business known for incredible professionalism and great service. Customers report it is a breath of fresh air and a sigh of relief, a place where packages are handled quickly and efficiently, often in just a couple of minutes, providing a much better experience than going elsewhere. The workers are always so kind, helpful, fun to chat with, and always happy and willing to help. They are really great people who go out of their way for customers, such as accommodating special requests, allowing payment via Venmo, and offering recycled boxes. While most experiences are highly positive, there has been a rare instance of a disappointing waste of time with a label service. Overall, it is a fantastic place for shipping and business needs.
Last week, I went to their store to mail a package only to discover that they do not scan USPS QR codes. Today, I relied on them again for an urgent shipment, rushed over, and arrived at 5:50 PM, but the store was already closed, despite their posted hours indicating they remain open until 6:00 PM.

Walked in. Saw the place. Walked right out. Based on appearance, I would not trust shipping items out of this place.

Place charges more than expected got a roll of 100 stamps thinking I would pay near the normal price for a stamp. was charged .74 per stamp. Place did not look organized.
