The service is consistently amazing and the staff are so genuinely friendly. Patricia especially is wonderful—today was my first time placing a print order, and she made the whole process so easy and walked me through everything with a smile. She truly goes above and beyond. 2222 Francisco Dr Ste 220, El Dorado Hills CA 95762
“I didn't shop around; so, I can't say how the pricing for PakMail compares to that of other pack and mail companies. But the service was fantastic. I arranged for the packing and mailing of a large painting from California to Wisconsin. I live in Michigan, so all of the arrangements were made via phone and e-mail. Desi at PakMail in Eldorado Hills was SO prompt, professional, and helpful in responding to all of my inquiries. When I explained that it would take a few weeks before my niece could drop off the painting, he even offered to go pick it up for me. Once they received the painting, Desi e-mailed me as each step in the process was completed, including packaging, mailing, transit, and delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.”

701 Pleasant Grove Blvd Ste 180, Roseville CA 95678
“They are the sweetest people and so helpful! They made sure that the information i gave was correct and had me double check it!! So for anyone who gave the wrong information and you don't bother to check it that's your fault not the business!! Also if items are broken it's because of the company who deliver it not the shipping place! You will regret going other places they can do everything for you and help save you money!!”
