“I don't write reviews often, if ever. I had a honda crv that I brought into Orinda Shell Auto Care and it turned out it needed work that was too expensive for any sane person to put in the car. Duane and Kathy (and everybody else who's name I can't remember) were super straight forward and nice. But they helped me get my car out of their and pointed me in a good direction to get it all figured out. I had to leave my car there for almost two weeks because it was so complicated (maybe two weeks+) and they didn't harass me or even treat me negatively in any way. And in the end they only charged me a small fee for a little bit of labor. That's honest and good business right there. I know where I'll be taking any cars I need fixed from now on. Thanks yall I really appreciate it. Also to the gentleman who helped me open my car because (as luck would have it) my key stopped working for the door.”

“Thank you so much to the incredibly nice man who helped re-inflate my tires. While driving on the highway, 2 tire pressure sensors went off rather suddenly. Alarmed, I pulled off the highway and found this place. They checked my tires, assured me they were ok and re-inflated them. Honest people are so hard to find, so I am very grateful they were here when I needed them.”

“The man that was working on the 12th of this month around 10:30 or so is an absolute angel!! I was there because I really needed to get gas but I had found myself in a little bit of a sticky situation which caused me to not have access to any of my funds. And my tank was completely empty and I live in Brentwood which is pretty far from there… it was getting late and I had been sitting there at the pump for about an hour. First, the man came to my car and checked on me to make sure I was okay which was really sweet and then after about an hour or so I had found some change in my car and in my purse so I took that inside and apologized to him for paying in so much change and I guess he could tell how upset/stressed I was because he ended up putting $10 of gas in my tank! I was a hysterical mess just because I was so extremely grateful for his generosity because it was a time when I really needed it. He was just very sweet and very considerate and polite, I am eternally grateful for this wonderful person. There really needs to be more people like him in this world… and he definitely deserves a huge raise!!!! One of these days I’ll figure out how to thank him, I just wish i had gotten his name! ?”
