“Everything was great. But honestly my main point is I believe I just witnessed the most beautiful employee of all of pilot, flying j and every travel center in the USA today. I came in at 3:30am and it’s late yet Jada was sweet and very respectful to everyone. Even to the ones that didn’t understand English she was patient and pleasant. I wouldn’t be surprised if she becomes the model employee of all of the franchises. No joke… unbelievably beautiful. Wait what was I even talking about.. I need to save this location. Will come back here again even though your diesel is California price.

“DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I WAS TOLD IN FRONT OF WITNESSES THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED MY MEDICINE FROM MY DOCTOR, THAT IT WAS IN STOCK, AND THAT IT WOULD BE READY IN 30 MINUTES. I HAVE PHONE RECORDS, TOO. I GOT THERE AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE MEDICATION, AND HAD NO RECORD OF IT. THEY ASKED ME WHO I TALKED TO FOR SOME REASON, CAN THEY NOT TRUST THEIR EMPLOYEES? BECAUSE OF THEM I'M SPENDING THE WEEKEND ILL. THEY ARE A LIABILITY TO THE PUBLIC. I'M GOING TO SPEAK TO CORPORATE ABOUT THIS SO NO ONE ELSE IS A VICTIM OF THEIR MALPRACTICE.”

“When I go inside the store, I usually buy California scratch offs or a horchata drink with some salted caramel cookies and the snickerdoodle cookies. Other than that, that's about it!”
“My husband & brother in law basically walk there every day & the people who work there are very nice. They have good music unlike McDonald’s. The store is very clean and organized, I just wish they had more legos there.”
