The drive said they got the items! Dena was the sales who helped to get our items in the mail and back to us promptly, and for free! “Ive been renting most of my out of town trips through enterprise, and so far everything has been so smooth transactions. And superb service. I did run into an issue once from a diffent branch office but they resolve it. If you think the vehicle they gave you has an issue dont leave the lot and ask for a replacement. Good thing their agent replace it right away. Their office down at the auto center and Victoria so far has an awesome service no issue so far. The only thing i want to address to the management is its been a few times the vehicles thats been given to me that is dirty from the exterior, but clean interior. Service has been good.”

“Don't try to rent here last minute. They won't accommodate last minute customers. I needed a car for a week and he said he could not rent for people that had been there earlier when they didnt have cars, and he was not going to rent one they have now for me with no reservation. I didnt know ahead of time that I would have a family emergency and need a car. Thanks for making a difficult moment even worse.. I guess it might be a good place as long as you don't have any last minute requests. I am attaching a photo of the parking lot which clearly shows how many vehicles they currently have here.”

“I was very pleased with the car. I received a free upgrade and liked the Kia Soul a lot. The windshield had drops of something all over the outside which I had difficulty removing. Also the window washer fluid had one small squirt left in it then was empty so several times I had to put water on the windshield to clean it. Otherwise the car was clean inside and out. I would recommend Budget and I will use them next time I need a rental.”

“The customer service was very professional. I was able to get the help I needed without much effort. I had a reservation from the insurance company. They picked me up from the body shop. I was suppose to go to the Ventura location, but the driver ended up bringing me to the Oxnard location. Besides that mistake, the experience was great. I had a good experience at this Oxnard location, the associates are friendly and professional. I would recommend renting here.”
