However, more importantly, Bree Franzen is my new favorite sales rep outside of my industry. She was on-the-spot in tracking my lead; she came in and qualified me and my needs; she got all of the appropriate information and paperwork together in 24-hours, and she had a lift. Voila.
While in a tight market for equipment almost anyone could have sold that lift, but Bree made the experience painless and productive and was thoroughly professional all the way. I would buy from her again.”

“I can't say enough great things about my experience renting a van from this U-Haul location. I reserved the vehicle online, which was so easy to do, and when I arrived at the U-Haul location at my chosen time, I was assisted by Armando and Isaac, who were phenomenal--professional, attentive, friendly, personable, and efficient. I drove away with my van and was back two hours later, and the drop-off process was just as easy and fast as the pick-up process--and Armando and Isaac were just as awesome. Thanks, guys. You brightened my day. I'll be back without a doubt.”
“U-Haul always seems to have very professional and knowledgeable staff. They always have an answer for your questions as well as ACTUAL recommendations based off your descriptions. If you need a bigger box truck/trailer they will let you know. If you dont need much, they will recommend that best suits your need.
The professionalism of the staff is incredible. This last time I went there was One employee working in the front and a decent line of customers, this lady in the front of the line was NOT having it. The gentleman at the register kept his composure, did not escalate the situation, assured the upset lady that he will do his very best to correct the situation. 10 stars for this employee ?????”

“I get my parts for my trucks here. The parts department is great and helpful. Cant say the same for the service department, brought my truck once and would NOT recommend, unfortanatley. I give 4 stars beacuse of the parts department.”
