“I bought an Arena Desk and Verona Pro chair about two years ago. Recently, one of the five metal legs on the Verona chair started shearing off and twisting. I contacted customer support expecting to be out of warranty and would need to buy a replacement base. Isiah in their customer service department responded in about 30 minutes letting me know that although they no longer make the Verona Pro, I was still under my warranty period and as such would ship me out a brand new Verona Pro V2. True to word, two days later I had a new Verona Pro V2 waiting on my doorstep when I got home from work. While I liked the old chair a lot, the new Verona V2 is an obvious improvement and fits my larger frame a little more comfortably. The real icing on the cake however is just the stellar customer service I received in this whole process. Props to you Isiah for your help, and props to Arozzi for finding people like Isiah to make sure I'm 100% satisfied with an already amazing product.”

“Solid selection like any Costco. Not as big as some, like SLO, but when the lines get huge they staff every register and keep shoppers happy. Also, still the best gas price in town and worth the short wait.”
“Live load - park in the gated lot - checked in - waited for another driver to move off door. Tight backing if going to door 7 or 8 because you have to back in off the street and miss the electric pole and other protective poles. Other than that, in & out under 2 hours”
