He was very knowledgable and patient as he had us try a variety of different beds based on our personal sleeping styles. With the help of Brian, we were able to find the perfect bed for us and more. “So there I was... in desperate search and need of a mattress and knowing nothing of the such. My mattress was over 20 years old and boy was I glad to meet Carlson. Also known as Carl, if you're into that whole brevity thing. I was greeted and wowed by the exceptional service and knowledge demonstrated by Carl. Not only was Carl VERY knowledgeable, courteous and exceptional in sharing his passion for mattresses and all things bedding, he made us feel at home in a bed that we've never even been in before. He then proceeded to show us a nice mattress. And a then nicer mattress, all the while explaining the innards of a coil, coil count, coil density, with relation to mattress sizes and price points within each different brand as well as each brand's unique niche in the market (e.g. sealy is all hand made!) And then before we knew it our choice was clear -- Carl For PRESIDENT!I got the bed he is in. Obviously--It was a no brainer. And at an exceptional value. His Pillow knowledge on point, too! Everyone needs to inquire with Carl if you're in the market for anything bed related, and into that brevity thing.Calmer than you are.”

“I came in to this store to participate in the Elite Yelper event. I was the only person in the store and was greeted by James. He was very helpful and friendly as he let me try one of the very expensive massage chairs. I could not believe how incredible that chair felt compared to the massage chairs of years past. James told me about their mission (to relax the back, duh) and their many products within everyone's price range. He said they often have sales on their products, and one of the massage chairs is $1,000 off right now. They do pillow fittings and I believe he said they sell mattresses as well. If I had the money, I would be purchasing the top of the line massage chair, but until then I will be recommending their products to anyone with back or neck pain.”
“I've recently had work done to my 2008 Toyota tundra. My sunroof/moon roof was jam and stuck in the open position. I took it in for repair and Eric was very helpful. They took it apart to find out what the problem was. And called me with the detail and cost to replace and repair was. I also had them replace my headliner as well. Great staff and will return again!”

Rob in the Pleasant Hill store helped me select a dining set that would work for our space, and offered optional chairs to go with the table instead of those shown on the floor. On delivery day, we found a small flaw on the table and Rob promptly offered a replacement table which was just delivered. It is perfect for our family. We couldn't be happier!”

“As nervous first time parents I cannot express how important it is to get the experience we received from Antoinette at Kids N Cribs. We chose a family owned business in hopes of getting the one on one for a travel system for our baby girl on the way. What we got exceeded our expectations while also staying within our budget. We got the full run down on travel systems, how they work, what to look for, how to upgrade if needed, and safety features in a very approachable manner. Antoinette is also a certified car seat installer so she took time to not only install our seat but also gave my husband a chance to install it himself. She also showed us how to properly strap the baby in and safely adjust the straps and buckles. I feel confident in our purchase and taking our new baby home from the hospital in a few weeks. “Ive been shopping with Rick Hudson Estate liquidation for years. The Hudson team is highly professional and is probably one of the most seasoned and knowledgeable in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recently Rick expanded his business to include the ESTATE FURNITURE STORE. The store sells a fast moving selection of gently used furniture that range from vintage to antique . On the first day he opened I purchased a sweet teak Danish Modern rocker at a very fair price. At his store you can not only find Mid Century Modern but also Art Deco, Victorian, Industrial as well as classic traditional furniture too. They sell lighting and many decorative things to hang on your walls. If your on the hunt to find interesting things for your home always try to drop into Ricks shop because you never know what's going to turn up.”
