“THIS IS THE BEST UPS STORE!!! I HIGHLY COMMEND MAGGIE, NUNILO, MATT, JASMINE AND THE REST OF THE STAFF FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I HAD SOME BUSINESS CARDS DONE BY NUNILO AND IT TURNED OUT PERFECTLY. I ASKED MAGGIE (WHO IS AMAZING) TO GO THROUGH MY MAIL, AND CHECK IF SOME IMPORTANT PAPERS ARRIVED. IF IT’S THERE, I HAVE HER SEND IT TO MY ADDRESS IN OREGON. MATT IS VERY PERSONABLE AND A GREAT MANAGER!!! I GO BACK AND FORTH TO CARMEL EVERY FEW MONTHS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS AWESOME!!!! “We went in for our livescan and met Mike, the owner. We couldn't believe how much he has changed this store. It is vibrant with beautiful plants, decorated gorgeously, and smells incredible with candles. He is friendly, kind and lovely to be around. I watched him notarize a document for an elderly woman and he was patient and kind with her. We highly recommend for notary, small unique gifts, and livescan. He probably offers more!”

“This UPS store is situated in the same parking lot as Luckys and Chase. There is ample parking, however, it can get crowded. I visit this location often to drop off packages because of its location and parking. Recently, I needed a document notarized and UPS made the process so easy.”

I’ve had a mailbox there for over a year and have been very impressed with the quick and efficient email/text notifications when I’ve received a package. Picking up my packages and mail is always a breeze. They always greet me by name and know my box number by heart, sometimes even having my packages waiting for me before I walk in the door! They are always very helpful with any shipping question and very efficient and careful when packing items in boxes. The team has always been very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly—especially Mandy, Fiona and Adrian. I’ve only lived in the area for just over a year, and the folks here have been very welcoming and generous with advice on the area. Thanks!”
